The WordPress repository is full of well written and well supported plugins. This is not one of them.
It has numerous issues that render it confusing for the end-user (Incorrect dates showing, times showing multiple times, text disappearing at the end of a colour block, dates at the top not displaying correctly). I have contacted the author about this and have not received any help.
Its a shame as my investigations for a client indicated there are no other calendar booking systems that support booking in this way. Non WordPress systems I found were subscription services sometimes costing ￡30 a month which is not suitable for a small business. Perhaps there is a gap in the market for this in the WordPress sphere.

I am so grateful for this plugin. I just needed a way to simply allow people to sign up for a group class. All the other “booking” plugins have all this convoluted and over complicated booking systems. I do NOT want to register on another website to maintain bookings. I needed to be able to do everything within my WordPress site.
With this Class Booking plugin, I installed the plugin on my site, changed the settings to what I wanted, added a class, then put the shortcode on a page….voila I was done. So much easier than the 6 other booking plugins I tried. I love that I can set up a class to re-occur for various time periods. Also, love the Month View and Notifications.
There are a few things missing that would make this 5 stars.
1. In the Month View, the Available and Booked totals are displayed on each occurrence of the class. For repeated classes, it seems the Available and Booked values appear to be the same on all of occurrences of the class. (For example, Yoga class occurs every Monday from 5-6pm with a capacity of 10. If user books class on Mon Jan 5, then all the Monday classes from 5-6pm shows A-9 B-1…only the Jan 5 date should show that.)
2. If a user is already logged in on my WP site, then when you click the Join Now button it pre-populates the fields to Book Class with the members name and email.
3. I couldn’t find how to change or add class category. Only choice is Demo Category. I changed it by changing the value on the database.
I agree with AkinDesign, this is the closest class booking plugin that fits my needs. Thanks guys!

This plugin would be perfect if you were to be able to edit/remove/add the class booking fields though. Some Courses I don’t want to put a dollar amount on and I also want to add fields to collect more data on the participants booking.
But besides this I have been searching for weeks for a plugin that fit my needs, and this has come this closest to doing so! Thank you! Thank you!
