Just an FYI, we’ve never actually billed a single client to date as we’ve worked out and optimized the infrastructure side. As with any email service, it takes time to build a reputation with Internet providers to ensure your emails are delivered.

Our website is currently using CircuPress but there is a problem with the subscription. When people hit the “subscribe” button, it shows “You must include a Subscriber Email Address!” even though they have already added one. However, the subscription does work on the mobile version. Also, we have complaints that people cannot receive our emails even though they are on the email list. Any idea what the possible problems are? Would really appreciate any help. Our website is:

]]>I just installed the Circupress in WordPress but I cannot get the API key to work. I signed up for an account on your website, then copied and pasted my API key but it says invalid. I even recreated a new API key two times but I couldn’t get anything to work. Can you help?
]]>The account I’m using hit the limit for the free trial and stopped sending out mail, I signed up for the paid version, but using a different email address. I entered in the api key from the new account, but still no emails.
]]>This plugin does everything I need it to with one exception. I need to filter out a category from the digest and it doesn’t seem possible. Anybody else run into this problem or have a workaround/fix?
]]>My user role is administrator, and I have installed the Circupress plugin and filled out the details (and the api key) on the account page. When I try to access the editor, I get ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to edit templates for this site.’
