The plugin causes a fatal error on the frontend in the newest version:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function church_admin_sites_array() in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/church-admin/elementor/address-list-widget.php:57
This can be fixed by adding the following check for the existence of the ‘church_admin_sites_array’ function.
if( function_exists( 'church_admin_sites_array' ) )
$sites = church_admin_sites_array();
else
$sites = array();
I have bin trying and testing the people module. I cannot see where I would be able to export addresses to print mailing labels.

The Schedule (Rota) menu does not have “Add rota date” as an option.
I am following the instructions in the Plugin Users Manual PDF (Jan 2021 v 2.72120). page 44.
I added my rota jobs:
Prayer
Sermon
Communion
Singing
etc
Now I want to create a schedule and assign some members to the jobs. But I think the menu item is missing. Where is option to assign a member to a Job?

Hi. I’d like to display the directory online so that my congregation can view it at anytime, However, I don’t see where i can add the directory to a page. Is there a shortcode that I’m missing? The only thing seems to be a PDF directory generated by the input, but I’d like a virtual one that is updatable and visible on the website always, How can I do this> Thanks!

Thanks for your plugin.

Hi,
I’m looking to use your plugin for my church. One of the key features I’m looking for is printing of a directory in a booklet form. From what I can see, it seems to print the directory on full-size pages. I’m hoping to get something like this: https://directory.yourtechguys.info/sample-directory.pdf
Thanks,
Chris
I am new to your plugin and am trying to get the shortcode for displaying the monthly calendar table function to work. I am using the following short code
[church_admin type=”calendar” style=”old”]
Once I put it into the page and save it it yields the following error message
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
How do I resolve this?
]]>Let’s call this a feature request. I’m wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to create a webform (shortcode enabled) that could be placed behind a password protected directory/page on the frontend of any WordPress site, that would allow members to add their families to the directory automatically vs. having to have the WP admin (me) manually input them from a separate form or email. I currently have a webform (using Contact Form 7) that sends me an email and then I have to manually add it to directory. Maybe the ability to allow admin approval to the the request before it’s added would be a cool feature to add as well. I currently put the church directory on a password protected page and church members know how to access it, but it would be really cool if new members could add their own directory info at their leisure.
Thanks for all of the work you do on this plug-in. It has a lot of great features. Currently I only use the directory piece.
Thanks for considering this addition to your plugin.
Cheers!
]]>Hello,
I’m trying to use the directory function and have a couple of bugs and a suggestion to report:
1. map=”0″ / map=0 doesn’t hide the (broken) map link.
2. photo=”1″ / photo=1 doesn’t seem to show the photo.
3. updateable=FALSE doesn’t hide the “Edit Entry” link.
4. The PDF downloads are useful, but that section looks sloppy. Perhaps some simple style controls would be nice. I can take care of a lot of it with custom CSS I suppose.
5. I don’t see an option to hide the “Directory took X seconds to produce…” section. This isn’t useful to any users except the maybe the admin.
Thanks!
]]>Is it possible to add and/or remove fields to the register page?
]]>Andy, I don’t know when this started, but the sermons no longer work. The latest one plays, but you can’t select any others. I had some custom CSS in there, and even after deleting in, it still doesn’t work. Can you assist?
]]>When will that plugin be GDPR compliant?
]]>I am responsible for the IT stuff in my non-profit organisation (1500 members) and we are about to start developing a new website.
Upon searching, I came across Church-Admin. This plugin seems to address so many of my problems, such as newsletters and podcasts and groups, the list just goes on and on. It was clear to me that we have similar objectives from the administration point of view.
So the question arises: Would it be possible to create a version that is not specific to a church environment, but slightly more generic?
Thank you.

I am trying to set up the Church Admin plugin so that I can allow all the church members to view the contact information online. I don’t know how to do this with the app.
I need:
All members to see all member names, and all adult member emails and phone numbers
All visitor information to be limited to the WP administrators
All Teen and child member contact information limited to the teen and child leaders or WP admin.
All teen and child names to be visible to all members and grouped with their household, even if their last name is different, but without listing their phone numbers or email.
All street addresses limited to the administrator.
Can this be done? Can I use membership type, groups, permission settings? How is it possible to achieve my reqs?

should be between double quotes: ".CA_CLA_TBL."
Thanks for sharing your work!

Is there full documentation on this plugin. It looks great, but I’m a bit confused as to what all it does and how it does it.
Also, does this plugin track attendance for individual people, or only total attendance?

]]>I love the description of this plugin. Seems perfect for my church’s website. I just added two families and put the following shortcode on my page: [church_admin type=address-list member_type_id=1 map=1 photo=1]. However, I get a blank page. I see the search bar and the pdf option, but no families show. I clicked on the pdf to see if it had anything and it too was empty besides the heading information about the church. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
