I want to edit and add information of an order that was completed before installing this plugin. It doesn’t show Billing extra fields in the order detail page, so I can’t edit or add information in new fields to old orders before installing the plugin.

I only published the Woocommerce + Elementor + Elementor Pro + Checkout Manager plugins and, when trying to save with the Woocommerce address editor, the entered address is not saved, keeping the same checkout address, which I created using the Checkout Manager plugin!

The only change I did was yesterday to change limit days of birthdate date.

Can you tell if if I can solve this error or if I need to find another checkout customize order detail plugin?

We purchased the PRO version yesterday but cannot getting it working correctly.

We have a number of custom fields on the checkout but when they are completed the information is not sent to the email notification or the orders in Woocommerce.

In the section to enter billing and shipping information

When the customer enters payment information, in the country / region and address 2 sections in both billing and shipping, even though he has entered all the information, when the order is successfully completed, the email notifies him that the order has been successful. I want to ask how can the plugin show additional fields when another field is checked.

For example if someone checks that they are buying as a company, I want to have 3 additional fields showing up after that where text is entered:

– name of company
– fiscal number of company
– address of company

How can this be achieved?

Hi, We have been using your plugin for quite some time. Lately we have noticed that when you make a field to be required you can’t place an order. The only required field is the phone number, but now we need also the Name and the Email to be required. When I change the settings I am not able to place an order – seems like the plugin is not caching that the field has information in it and everytime an error message apprears that for expample the Name is required.

Plugin conflicts with Stripe and other credit card payment gateways

I have been using the plugin for a while with no issues, but I have just tried to add Stripe payment gateway and the WooPayments gaeway, to my site (As opposed to just Paypal). and I am having issues with the credit card fields not showing, or when they do show they are incredably thin and you cannot acces the fields.

I have gone through all the plugins to look for conflicts and found out that the checkout field editor is the one causing the issues. When I switch off the plugin the fields work fine.

Any help or insight on how to stop the conflict? I don’t want to have to find a new checkout fields plugin to be able to acept payments.

Display Custom Checkout fields in not in New Order notification email

Hi, I setup a few custom billing fields for my site and enabled the to display in email. What I find out is that the custom fields only show up in my own test order notifications. I look at orders from my customers in the admin, I can see they have filled out the custom fields but these values are not showing in email at all.
