Hi,
I am getting this error when I click the Connect Facebook Page button,

An error occurred during a connection to customerchatapp.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
What could be wrong?
Thanks in advance,

]]>Hello, I have just setup chatfuel extension on my webpage.
It’s working fine but I’d like to personalize the message our visitors have when they see the popup. I don’t find this fonction anywhere the settings of the extension or on the Chatfuel Dashboard
Chatfuel plugin is not redirecting users to “view in messenger” as our Chatfuel landing page URL does. This complicates the user experience as it creates additional steps of Facebook web browser sign-in and 2 factor authentication (if browser is not recognized) which 90% of my users could not get past during beta testing of this plugin.
Once fixed, this plugin will be amazing. Unfortunately right now it’s useless.

Hi!
I’ve used the chatfuel customer chat plugin to install chatfuel on my homepage. It works on desktop but on mobile it forwards to an empty facebook page that says “Done”.
That’s a serious problem as 70% of all traffic nowadays is mobile.
I’m having the same issue with manychat.
What good is a chatbot if it doesn’t work on mobile???
Some people in the US told me it works for them on mobile, but here in Europe it does not. Something to do with GDP? Or is it just a plugin issue? Why does it even forward to a fb page? The chat window should just stay on the page, right?
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank you!
Regards
Ingo
