I just installer the plugin, and can’t get to work: the console shows JS errors relating to an element #fire_chat_messages that is not generated in my DOM…

What Fails:

console.log('chat messages init..');
$scope.scrollChat();

Do you have any Idea?

Issue:
— Chatroom page displays as 404 on “Premium Press” theme.
Resolve:
— Deactive theme, then re-activate theme.

New Issue:
— Chatroom page displays, but no chatbox displayed.

Is there a way to use this plugin to replace comments on posts/pages?

I’d love to have chat enabled on new posts for 24-48 hours after its published and then be turned off.

I just got it al setup but am getting a 403 error in Console. here is the Link to the chat room:

I believe there is an error in the installation instructions which state that JSON REST API (WP-API) plugin is required.

I believe WP REST API (WP API) plugin is the correct one.
