Hello,
For the WP Page Permalink Extension plugin, what do you place in the “Custom Permalink for Pages” field in order to set up with php extension for pages?
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
DeWayne
Hello,
Permalink Settings shows options for setting the url structure for posts.
But, it doesn’t provide a setting for pages.
Where is the permalink setting options for a page?
FYI: Currently, my website is using the .php extension for pages, but, I would like to change it to no extension.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
DeWayne
Hello Everyone,
Can I root the permalink to child page under parent name?
Not all pages, only under parent name.
example:
other page is normal: https://abc/other-page/
parent page: page parent: https://abc/nation/index.html
child page: page child: https://abc/nation/a.html
Can you help me.
Thanks!

]]>Hi,
I have 4 questions:
1. When I create a permalink for pages, with adding: /products/%pagename% it adds the category in the URL.
But can I also exclude pages and only use /%pagename%/ ??
2. When I use /%category%/%pagename%/, the domain is displayed as this:
https://www.mydomain.com/%category%/thenameofmypage
How do I set it correctly that I can choose a category in my page settings and that the domain will show the category and pagename only?
3. In the Yoast SEO Premium tool on the page itself, it still shows the original URL without the /product/ category added. Why is that?
4. Do I manually make 301-redirects in Yoast?
]]>I have a site with all my blog posts in a /blog/ directory. That’s where the posts live. I have a custom permalink for the posts to handle that.
For the pages, I am trying to replicate existing pages which are NOT in the /blog/ directory. So these would be pages like
/about/information.asp
Your plug-in is requiring that all pages I create go into the /blog/ directory with the posts.
I want to allow the pages to be separate from that /blog/ directory.

]]>Hi, I’m using your plugin but here’s what I’m trying to do. When I create a page called domain.com, it’s creating the permalink domain-com (putting dash). How can I tell it to create the permalink domain.com with the dot and not the dash? Sure I can manually but when I create the page domain.com I want it to put the domain.com as the permalink. Thank you.
]]>Hi,
Whenever I try to use .asp extensions I get this message:

You don’t have permission to access /payment-27-w.asp on this server.
Is there anything I can do to sort this?
Thanks!
]]>Hi Sayan,
Really liked this plugin and I have already given a 5-Star rating. My client wanted .php trailing extension at the end of the links and this page helped me. Now, I’m seeing that it is just working on the pages and not on the Blog posts. I’m almost on the verge of finishing the project and now while publishing blogs I encountered this issue.
Please help me out as if .php won’t come at the end of the links in blog posts then the client will not accept the website and all of my work would be wasted.
Thanks in advance!
