I have purchased the premium version of the plugin and it isn’t pushing the Page URL through to Zoho CRM. The field is just blank when submitting a form.
All other fields are pushing thorugh fine – any idea?

but unfortunately I have noticed your plugin send the user message 2 times:
that means your plugin send form data 2 times for 1 submission.
So It should send the form data one times only when user click confirmation/verification link..
How to do it? please give a solution…

]]>So I’m having issues with the Field Website in Field Mapping for this Plugin. If I use Field Type: Standard Field and Select Field: Page URL, when I fill out the form and go to my Zoho Leads the Website field is blank.
But this same mapping works with my other webiste, which has me baffled.
As of now, the only way to populate this field on the site that is having issues is by selecting Custom Value and pasting a fixed URL.
Can someone give me some direction on how I can fix this.

I just created some custom fields in my lead. But when I go to field maping in my wordpress dashboard when creating a feed, These custom fields are not showing. I refreshed many times. But not showing. Thats really odd.

]]>Previously I could see all of the fields and their options, but now I am unable to see many fields. One of forms that was not updated still has all those fields, i have not saved any changes. But if I click on refresh fields all those options go away. One of my forms is actually ruined because I didnt check after refreshing fields and had saved it. Now I cant set the primary key that I want and also add the fields that were previously there as they cannot be found anymore

I just created a Zoho account using 15-days free trial, then tried to add the account in the Zoho Accounts tab of the plugin.
However, clicking “Zoho Login” button to put my email I got “Invalid Client” error like attached here; https://ibb.co/qj7NqLB
When I try to sign in directly to Zoho CRM with the same browser, it works without any problem.
Is there any chance that you don’t support Zoho accounts within free trial period, or is there any step am I missing?

]]>Was working for several years and just stopped. Now people submit the form but no Case is created in Zoho. Now when I go here (note: i removed the domain from these links) and click “Test Connection” button the page reloads with this error: “Test Connection: Connection to Zoho is NOT Working.” I go here to edit the feed and everything looks correct. I’ve also tried this tutorial to create an application — doesn’t help at all.

]]>We purchased “Contact Form 7 Zoho Pro” but we are not seeing Adwords data in our Zoho CRM lead forms. We can see the contact data of people filling out the contact form but we don’t have any Adwords data passing through aside from the GCLID.

The contact form is not connected to Zoho and when an email is received, it comes through as "possible spam".
It looks like the Zoho plugin hasn't been verified either.
I checked the "leads" in both WP and Zoho and no leads have been created in Zoho according to the Zoho log in the WP backend. I have tested this with my own "submitted form" today.

We have a form where we’d like the end user to be able to select one or more options from a short list (currently just two items).
We initially implemented this as two checkboxes, but the plugin didn’t seem to recognise these checkboxes (they weren’t in the list of fields that we could select using ‘Select Field’.)
(We’re using the premium version of the plugin, by the way.)
Is there a good way to implement this?
What value should we ultimately be sending to Zoho if both options are selected? Is it “Option1,Option2” or “Option1;Option2” or some other syntax?

hi, I added a primary key and set the following as TRUE
1.Do not update entry, if already exists
2.Do not create new entry in Zoho
I tried to send a contact form with fake email that is not registered in our Leads and got an error on your logs “ENTRY DOES NOT EXISTS”
why it is not working? i do not want to create new lead if i already have one with the same email, seems like the checkbox is causing some troubles
