I have installed the plugin (SMS Extension for Contact Form 7), selected Telnyx, and set up the new Telnyx account. Including buying some SMS credits and buying a phone number. There must be some vital settings though that I have missed because I can’t get the plugin to send out a test SMS. Here’s the error message I am getting:

For clarity, I am based in Australia and all SMSs that my website will be sending are to Australian numbers. The number which I bought from Telnyx is a US number

My client has set up many contact forms on his website.

I have duplicated the website and need to change a line of the text in the contact form SMS message text for all messages (100-200!)

Do you know of a method/plug in to do it in bulk? I have tried a couple of plugins but they dont seem able to go into the SMS message text.

Use your plugin on the website, updated to the last version of it, and got fatal error Uncaught Exception: Could not get plugin directory. All permisions of folders and files are 755 and 644.

Can you help with that?

– how to set up a CF7 form with just a field for a phone number
– when the user presses submit a standard text message is sent from the website by SMS to the number
– is it possible for the phone number input field to be limited to one countries phone international dialling code? e.g UK +44, is shown and cannot be changed.

We have our Contact Form 7 form set up on the page shown above. The Text To Receive ( From Form , Your SMS ) setting is set to send to a specific phone number. I am seeing that you can use a tag here for a field in the form. That means we should be able to do what I’m wanting to do, but I’d like to get your guidance here to be sure.

This form is intended for a tournament director to use to send texts to team captains in a sports event. We would like to have a field that gives the director the option to send the texts to ALL team captains, to multiple team captains but not all, or to single team captains. So I’m thinking the approach to use here is to set up a checkbox field where the director can choose one, multiple or all options. Each option will have a value of the phone number of the team captain. I’ll then use the tag for that field in the Text To Receive ( From Form , Your SMS ) setting.

Does that sound correct? Will a checkbox field tag pass the chosen phone numbers in the format required for the text to send to all? Or will we have to do something different?

When we only have text in our Text to Receive message for admins, the text arrives perfectly. But when I add your tags as follows:

?[your-name][your-email][your-subject][your-message]

…then no text is received.

If I use any of the tags the text does not work. That defeats our entire purpose of using this, so if you can assist that would be greatly appreciated.

Can you send a verification code to customers and ask them to enter in the contact form?

My question is why you didn’t create this plugin to use it from phone number instead of sender ID like there is another plugin which allows us to send messages in woo-commerce with phone number instead of sender ID, I am asking you this question because I have no Sender ID.

I would like to have my visitor enter there mobile phone number and when they click submit a image is sent by text to the phone entered. Can this plugin do that?

I offer prescription discount cards and want to send them by text to the requesting person.

Hi,
after filling out the form and trying to submit I receive error:

When I remove reference to phone number given by customer in config tab, the form is submitted correctly. I tried with country code and without country code. all plugins are just updated to the newest versions.
