We are trying to integrate Salesforce with the Contact Form 7 Plugin. I have created a new object on Salesforce and tried to connect the new object in WordPress. I can see the object is showing on the WP backend, but the field is not showing fully. why is it like that? Here am attaching the two screenshots of what fields am getting on the wp backed and what fields have been added on the?Salesforce New object. kindly please help us to solve the issue ASAP.

We have a ContactForm7 form which contains an Organisation Name field. This is a text field.
If the field is blank a “Last Name house” organisation is created. But if it is filled in with anything we get the following error:
Organisation Name: id value of incorrect type: My org
Unsure if this is some Salesforce issue or if it has a work-around? It seems…. odd…

I am having an issue with the Salesforce for Contact Form 7 plugin. I have been able to successfully connect my WordPress site to Salesforce via API, but the phone field is not appearing as an option to choose from when creating a feed. The phone field is present in the WordPress form and in Salesforce, but it is not available in the plugin.
I am hoping that someone on the WordPress forum can help me resolve this issue.

]]>The date formatting in CF7 is determined by the browser, so most new browsers will show the date as YYYY/MM/DD in your date picker field, but if you’re in the UK this is incorrect, and it should be DD/MM/YYYY. Is there a way to change this format? or is there a way to change the date formatting inside Salesforce. Our web2case entries are showing the date as YYYY/MM/DD.

I use contact form to gate asset downloads on my website. I’ve created a custom SFDC text field for the Lead object called “Asset Download,” and I’m trying to map a hidden field from the contact form that includes the name of the asset to this new field in SFDC. However, I do not see this custom object appear in the drop down window of available fields. I’ve tried refreshing the objects and the fields in the plugin, but still the “Asset Download” field doesn’t appear. Is there any reason why?

I’ve added checkbox field to Contact Form 7 and trying to map it to Salesforce Lead field of Picklist (multivalue) type. Salesforce log shows an error ‘bad value for restricted picklist field: 1’. It seems the plugin can’t get checked values from the checklist.
Looking into the code it seems that plugin doesn’t support checkboxes, am I right? Do you plan to add checkbox-to-picklist mapping?

]]>Hello, I am having some issues with info being mapped to the wrong contact about 50% of the time. I have the Primary Key set to ‘First Name & Last Name & Email,’ but the feed seems to only be matching the First Name.
Am I correct in that this should be looking for contacts where the First Name AND Last Name AND email all match the entry, or is my understanding of Primary Key wrong? Any suggestions on how to cut down on the incorrect mapping? Thanks!

This might have populated since the last plugin upgrade. All the sudden all the form submissions get an error under Salesforce Log:
“The requested resource does not exist” and the Salesforce ID is set to N/A
The Details are:
errorCode NOT_FOUND
message The requested resource does not exist
Checked and the Salesforce Account status is ok (check icon).
Any thoughts on why this might be happening all the sudden and how to fix it?

I have upgraded the plugin from free version to pro, but cannot see the phone number field in the drop down list in my feed in order to map it to the SF field. This is preventing me from being able to pass the data to SF.
This is the primary reason I purchased the pro version (for 5 websites) so I would really appreciate some assistance here.
I should note that other form fields are being passed successfully so I know the plugin is working, but it just seem to be detecting that a phone number field exists on the CF7 form (which is definitely does as I can see the entered data in the form logs).

We don’t know how to use this hook. Please help with this.
