I have a issue with the plugin. When i submit contact form it redirects to thank you page, but the issue is that the id of form is also attached with url.
Kindly help me for the same.

]]>I don’t know why, but the field as shown in your screenshot never shows up in my settings page.
Thought it is a plugin conflict and tried several ways to fix with no luck. Can you help?
