I’ve submitted my contact info multiple times to test it out, the first error message included additional detail at the bottom of the activity log, which might be helpful.

]]>I have forms on a website and I need it to create a contact record and company record. The problem is the company record gets created (ex: WordPress), when someone else who works for WordPress fills out the form and says they work at WordPress I don’t want another company record to be created I just want to use the same one that exists. I don’t see how I can make that happen. Any solutions?

]]>I tried to send an email but the little circle-thing which seemed to be indicating that something was happening, just kept spinning and I never got a confirmation ‘note’ that the message had been sent.
I deactivate the Contact Form 7 Infusionsoft and the error gone? but i need the function of this plugin.

]]>The site was able to send forms but it doesn’t make a notification in Infusionsoft like others that opens a pop up box when you send leads. Any fix on this issue?
]]>I’ve installed the plugin and was able to authorize an Infusionsoft account. I deleted the account and tried to re add it, but instead of completing the authorization, I get a page with a json object:

I’m having this problem on several WP installs. In each case, the first authorization is successful, and subsequent attempts give the above response.
