When mapping fields from my CF7 form to HubSpot Contacts, there’s no “phone number” field, which seems like rather a huge omission. I mapped the entered number to “Whatsapp Phone Number” but this field doesn’t seem to show up anywhere. Is there a trick to getting the phone number to appear?

]]>Hi Support.
I’m using Elementor forms on my site, but I need to send some custom fields. These custom fields exist in a form previously created in Hubspot, but when I create a new form in Elementor, it automatically creates a new form in HubSpot and does not use the template already created.
Do you know how I can do this?
Thanks in advance
]]>Hi, we are running into an issue on our client’s website when trying to map the CF7 form to a HubSpot object.
The client added a new HubSpot object to HubSpot and when we click on the Refresh Objects to get it to appear for mapping purposes, all previously saved HS objects get removed (breaking all mapping to CF7 forms) and we are left only with the default (Object, Company, Task, Deal…) objects in the select field.
It seems that they get deleted from the wp_options vxcf_hubspot_meta field but we are not sure why.
There are no console errors, nothing in the logs. Form submissions to HubSpot for the already mapped forms work like a charm. Test connection returns success. Account status is a green checkmark.
Other thing to note is that the client has Sucuri firewall enabled on their server.
So, basically, my question is how to get the Refresh Object button to import and not delete HS objects, and what might be causing this issue? Since the connection to HubSpot works for all other features of the plugin, but refreshing objects (and field for that matter).
Edit: Is there a way to manually add a HubSpot object directly in the database? What would be the necessary HS Object data in order to do so? I noticed that the previously saved objects have a guid with the vxf_ prefix (vxf_7bd3bafa-e7a1-4166-95da-38b458181075). What is the source of those guids? Are they generated by HubSpot and sent through by the api or internally by the plugin?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
]]>Hi, we need that once the CF7 form has been sent, in addition to the various properties that are already recorded by Hubspot (e.g. name, email, etc.), a specific Hubspot owner is assigned to the contact. Specifically we are talking about the ID: hubspot_owner_id. Is it possible with your plugin? Thanks

]]>I am using Post my Contact Form 7 Along with Integration for Contact form 7 HubSpot Plugin Pro.
Like ‘Post my Contact Form 7’ provides us an interface to map form and post fields, Similarly ‘Integration for Contact Form 7 Hubspot’ also provides an interface to map form fields with HubSpot Contact Properties.
In Contact Form 7 Fields, i can see there is an option to select Entry ID, but It is not returning any value. When I send data to Hubspot, it sends a null/Empty value to Hubspot.
I have a problem with integration. At first, the forms were not sorted by page, but now they are not recorded at all.

Cannot create object with type: TICKET. The following required properties were missing: [hs_pipeline_stage]
Cannot create object with type: TICKET. The following required properties were missing: [hs_pipeline]
I created two hidden fields with default values so as to map them for these two hubspot fields [hs_pipeline_stage] and [hs_pipeline], but it keeps giving me the same error. How can I fix it please?
thank you very much
]]>In Field Mapping the phone number option does not appear available in the drop down.
I am using a standard text field to add the phone number to the Contact 7 Form. I should then be able to choose Phone Number from the drop down and assign the field phone to that option.
Is this a premium option only?
I have used the When to send… section and enabled an opt in consent field.
Settings are: Consent > Is not empty
However when users fill in the form and do not check the consent box their details are still being sent to HubSpot.
I think I may be missing something in the set up. Can someone confirm please?
The webpage is currently a test page on the website so private for now so I cannot share URL.
Many thanks in advance.
Hi!
Because HubSpot is discontinuing API keys, I tried the OAuth 2.0 integration method.
The plugin succesfully connected to HubSpot, but it can’t create Deals from the new entries of my cf7 form. (I’m using the free version of the plugin.)
The error message is: This oauth-token (***) does not have proper permissions! (requires all of [deals-write])
Hello
We want to purchase the pro version of this plugin. We would like to know if it is possible to map a “linkedin” url field.
Hubspot has a specific linkedin field but we can only find “clicked linkedin ad” in your plugin to map. In case this is not possible, what would be the best alternative field to use in order to send this input as text to hubspot? Message or website url?
Thanks

I have been using this plugin for quite some time already. I love how easy and reliable it is.
My company and I are thinking to expand our web with a new functionality (careers section) and are thinking on using your plugin to have all candidates applications Hubspot, but miss the attachment functionality.
This is a request to expand current plugin with Hubspot’s files API https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/files/files

]]>Hello.
I have a form with 5 fields, all of which are required by CF7, but it turns out that this integration plugin is sending the submitted data, even if not all the fields were filled by the user. It seems that, as long as the user enter the email, and click on Submit, even if CF7 is showing the error messages for the missing fields, the email is being sent to Hubspot anyway. What can I do to setup this plugin so that it sends the submission to Hubspot, only if all of the fields are filled by the user, not only the email?
I tried using the functionality called “Opt-in Condition” by selecting “{{Field}} Is Not Empty” for each of the required fields, but the info is being submitted anyway even if all of the fields (except email) are empty.
Thank you.
Is this plugin compatible with the new changes to API Keys?

]]>Hello. I’m looking to use the Integration for Contact Form 7 HubSpot plugin to create new contacts on Contact Form 7 submission. Our account have two business units, which show up as a contact property Business units, with a dropdown.
I’m looking for a way to tag the new contact with the right business unit value. Currently, I get the following error:
{“isValid”:false,”message”:”Attempted to insert non-long value Interguard into property hs_all_assigned_business_unit_ids”,”error”:”INVALID_LONG”,”name”:”hs_all_assigned_business_unit_ids”}
I’m guessing this is related to the property type. I’m trying to insert a text value into a dropdown. I did not see an option for the dropdown field type, just a standard field. Does the app support dropdowns to solve this error? Is there another way to attach the correct business unit option?
Thank you in advance for your help. I’ll be more than happy to get a premium version if you can confirm that functionality is available there.
]]>Hello.
I have a WP website, using Contact Form 7 forms. I also have the CRM Perks Hubspot/Contact Form 7 Plugin. The form accepts file uploads. I have it set up so the file upload gets added to a ticket. However, I don’t see the file anywhere in Hubspot.
I spoke to Hubspot support, and they said to reach out here:
“Gotcha. It looks the file upload is not being popped up on HubSpot’s end due to a mapping error on Contact Form 7 and WordPress’ end. I would reach out to WordPress plugin support by following the link below, as they will be the best fit to answer these questions!

Is there any chance to save contact form7 partial entry to HubSpot contacts.

]]>Hello,
I’m looking at implementing a contact form 7 & Hubspot but i can see this plug is no longer out.
Do you have another solution in place?
Please advise as i’m looking at different approach on how to interconnect my website and wordpress.
Perhaps some of you can tell me if it’s better to use the contact form 7 (used by my dev) or ot integrate directly a form from Hubspot. My issue is with my newsletters which brings me nowhere with Hubspot but is convenient to book a call.
Any recommendations?
best,
Juliette
Hi!.. I need to map contact form 7 fields to hubsport object properties.
This is my cf7 form:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UxO7YiDbT7OfAZWOHBhLUS7rVzvJPbIr/view?usp=sharing
I’m able to map first name, last name, email and phone no. But, there are two additional fields – a dropdwon & a checkbox which I’m not able to map. I’ve assigned “Contact” as the hubspot object and created two properties dropdown field and checkbox in hubspot. But the properties are not visible in feed when I’m mapping. ]]>Hi! Great plugin.
I have 2 different contact forms on my website. I created one Feed with the first one and the integration with Hubspot went smooth and works perfectly. Now I’m trying to set another Feed for my 2nd contact form, but when I have to select a Field in the Fields Mapping section, the dropdown doesn’t show any options, I get “No results found”.
Could you please assist?
Thank you
