i want to give a autometic serial number to the certificates. Thats mean each certificate will give a autometic serial number. Like if Anyone finish a course his serial number will be 1, if another person or himself finish another course with same certificate the. He will get the serial number 2.. Is it possible? I saw there is a credential ID. But I cant customize the id number. As rhe number is very big. I want to make it simple like 1,2,3,4.. Is it possible?

Using certificate builder I have created new templates for certificates. Then assigned the same to a course. But custom templates are not working when user completes a course. It will automatically select default templates in the course editor.

I’m using Efor theme from themeforest and LocoTranslate plugin. Every thing was tanslate (in french) by default, except some strings in Quiz, like “Submit & Next” button, “No limit” on time remain line, or everything in Abandon Quiz pop-up when we try to quit quiz…

The Totor LMS french file is 100% translate in LocoTranslate. I don’t know what else to do. Could you please help me?

Estoy personalizando los certificados, pero no veo la forma de cambiar el nombre del archivo PDF generado. Actualmente genera un nombre como certificate-162xxxxxx.pdf y quiero cambiarlo a certificado_academia.pdf

In certified.php the default for certified name display the username in the certificate:
<h1><?php echo $user->display_name; ?></h1>

How can I change to display in the certificate the First Name instead Username?

Hi I am translating tutor lms plugin now. I have 2 issues.

#1 Everything in Quiz dialogue can’t be translated even though I’ve translated it through *.po file. Quiz dialogue always display in english. The rest can be translated well.

#2 How do I translate the certificate-customizer-for-tutor-lms. I’ve modified certificate.php in /wp-content/plugins/certificate-customizer-for-tutor-lms/templates/dhoritry. I’ve translated it into my language. But the certificate always display in english.

Any solution?

I need a custom certificate, but when installing the plugin the demo certificate that should appear inside Tutor LMS > Settings > Tutor Certificate does not appear, only the pattern appears.
