Hi, I use the CCAvenue payment gateway and, there is an issue I have been facing.

1. The pending payment status does not change to processing even after the payment is done. CCAvenue fails to reflect the status of the order to the WordPress admin panel.

Getting following error: “Error Code: 10002???? Merchant Authentication failed. Don’t worry… It happens to the best of us.”

Double checked Merchant Key, Working Key and Access Code. Its all correct.

Checked in both popup and iframe mode. Same error on both.

Hi, for some users it’s working after the payment it will lands to thankyou page, for few other users it shows this error in checkout page.

Hi I have implemented wordpress multisite network. We are using the payment gateway as CCAvenue with the help of your plugin. As I have told about multisite network, just take an example that I have one site as xyz.com and second as global.xyz.com. I have two queries.
1. How the access code and ?working key work for that ,do I have to create two separate access code and working key if we consider the above example?
2. In the main site(i have provided the link above) while users place an order, it is completed from the CCAvenue side, I can see the order entries in the dashboard of CCAvenue. But after payment completion from CCavenue, users are redirecting to the checkout page in site. Users are not redirecting to the thank you page so that in woocommerce backend I get the order status as pending payment for that orders. Meanwhile other payment gateways redirecting users to thank you page and the flow works perfectly. Can you please help me out with this as soon as possible!

The issues I am facing are mentioned below:
1) After my payment is completed successfully and money gets debited from user’s account, the user is seeing a 404 page like below:

2) Now if the user navigates to the home page the item is still shown to be present in the cart

3) When I log in to the CC Avenue interface I find the option to confirm order is disabled and the “Risk Status” is pending as shown below:

4) And at the woo-commerce admin panel in the orders section the order shows pending payment :

5) And at a later point of time it shows that the unpaid order is cancelled as below:

I am absolutely clueless in this regard, and seeking your help. Kindly help me to understand the steps that I need to follow to resolve the whole issue and get the site running.

Not working in Dollars

Hi,

I have been using the plug-in for a while but in the last month the error has popped up where when a customer tries to place an order, after the payment, the order gets declined on the website but the payment goes through to CCAvenue.

Due to this many customers are annoyed, sometimes order twice and many times want a refund.

I have tried restoring both CCavenue and Woocommerce to older versions when it worked, but now it seems the problem wont go away.

We have activated this plugin on our website https://www.artfills.com/. I am from India and in India, I see after a click on Confirm Purchase it is directly redirecting to ccavenue page but in out of India it is not redirecting to ccavenue page. It is going to another page and asking PAY VIA CCAVENUE and CANCEL ORDER & RESTORE CART button.
Why showing these two buttons and why not directly redirecting ccavenu page in out of India?
I want it should be work same as India like directly redirecting to ccavenue page after click on Confirm Purchase button.
I have checked in Proxy that how this site working on out of India such as USA.

After the update of the pluglin No transaction getting processed. User is not getting directed to CCAvenue page and gets an error related to amount.
Can you pls look into it and resolve it. many thx.

we have been facing an issue for the last 6 days where all transaction thru ccavenue have been failing. the transaction goes upto the point of asking for the OTP and then suddenly goes back to the website saying that the transaction has failed.

We have tested this and found that of the different modes of payment only net banking is currently working. everything else like DEBIT and Credit cards are failing consistently.

Please help.

My site is based out of India, but shipping internationally. The site shows displays prices in different currencies based on location of user. Using ‘Woocommerce Price Based on Country’ Plugin for that. While testing I am observing that if cart total is coming as 50USD, after redirecting to CCAvenue it is showing 50INR. If i choose Paypal it is correctly showing 50$. Please help, it is quite urgent
