Various security software complain about the plugin, as it has not been updated for very long time, and no indication of compatibility with latest WP.
]]>Hello. Thanks for your wonderful plugin. Can you tell me if I can keep the changed email if I disable the plugin? Does the plugin need to be active for the email change to work?
]]>Hello, @smub
WordFence keeps flagging CB Change Mail Sender as an out of date plugin – last 3 versions of WP.
I see there’s a link to GitHub. Has this plugin been dropped?
When will this be updated?
]]>Currently, I have a site that uses a many plugins and it’s a bit crowded there. Most of the plugins have “sub items”, so it’s convenient for them to have a first level entry, but CB Mail Sender, which I really like and use in almost all the sites I maintain, only has one config page. It really doesn’t need to be at the first level.
Your plugin is very convenient. Thank you.
]]>Hello Md Abdul Bashar,
We like to recommend your plugin to 30 locally webmasters from our domain.
We all use WP version 5.5.1.
We installed the plugin on some testsites with WP version 5.5.1 and it works fine.
It helps us to distribute your plugin if your latest version for testing is also 5.5 or 5.5.1.
When can you update your latest version for testing (now 5.4.2)?
Best regards,
Richard de Boer
Hi, I installed, activated and fixed the settings but emails still go out from WordPress.com. What can I try next?
]]>with this plugin activated IOS devices can’t connected to my website
]]>Hello there,
I have tried with multiple accounts and when I set a sender/email in the plug-in options new e-mails (for example to set your password) are no longer sent out to @gmail.com e-mailaddresses!
It does work for custom domain addresses, but not for G-mail.
]]>hey, love the idea of the plugin.
I have installed the plugin, and as admin I receive a notification from the email address when someone registers.
However since installing this plugin, the person registering on wordpress does not receive a notification.
Anyone able to point me in the right directions?
Thank you
Ross
Hello Dear Md Abul Bashar
I was wondering if the plugin supports Multisite?
I’d like to activate the plugin and Change Mail Sender only in one subsite.
Do this work?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards.
Jose
]]>Hello,
This plugin works great to change the Sender name and email, but is there any way to change the reply-to as well? The emails still show the [email protected] email address in the reply-to header.
Thanks in advance!
]]>When updating to 1.2.1 the CB Mail Sender Options in sidebare isn′t visible anymore.
No configration prossible with this version.
I rolled back tu 1.2
doing a beta for a new website, but the cb mail sender doesn’t seem to actually do anything. We changed the sender name and email, but emailed news-letters (posts) still arrive from wordpress.com . What can we do?
]]>Hey @hmbashar,
My plugin WP HTML Mail can also change the email sender, next to many other features. If both plugins are active they override each other. Are you still working on this plugin? Otherwise I could take it over and improve compatibility?
This plug-in is simple and works great to solve my problem.
I was wondering if any future releases, could the ‘CB Mail Sender’ tab in the WordPress Menu, being moved under the main Settings Tab?
These settings are not important enough to be on the top level of the navigation and I would imagine most people to not change these settings on a daily basis.
]]>Hi there, downloaded the plugin because my site keeps sending email as [email protected] but is not working. Any known reason why?
Thanks,
Mike
Because at this moment, it trigger a fatal error because the From is empty.
