Dear Sir, I have integrated the plugin on my website https://myparcelbox.uk/ but when trying to make the payment, I am getting following error:
The error logs in the back office show a 1/s error. I have done some googling and found the instruction “This error indicates that the value for the SHASIGN parameter supplied within your transaction request is incorrect.”. See the below screenshot of back office and WP Admin under woocommerce for SHASIGN .
Please have a look and do the needful to resolve the issue.

However, the order status remained on processing despite the ‘Payment on Completion’ option being set in your plugin’s settings panel. All appears to be okay everywhere.

Hi, I am trying to set Barclaycard epdq up and have successfully navigated my way through the test environment, but now I am testing the live environment, payments go through okay, but Barclaycard redirects to https://www.mydomain,com/wc-api/RapidDive_WC_Gate rather than to a ‘thank you’ page and when I look in Dashboard>Woocommerce>Orders, it is showing as Pending Payment, even though the payment looked to be successful and is showing up in the Barclaycard epdq portal.
Am I missing something glaringly obvious here or is there some setting that I have missed? Thanks in advance for any support someone can provide.

when i proceed to the payment it says https://mdepayments.epdq.co.uk/ncol/test/orderstandard.asp says An error has occurred; please try again later. If you are the owner or the integrator of this website, please log into the Barclaycard back office to see the details of the error. ,i can not proceed to the payment , if i leave the url blank i can proceed and get a succsessfull payment but when it redirect to the merchant /wc-api/RapidDive_WC_Gateway_Barclay i get Transaction is unsuccessfull! , what am i missing here?

After a successful payment in Barclay’s website, you will be redirected back to the merchant’s website using Barclay’s API. This is where the issue is coming from ( redirection of Barclay going back to the merchant’s website ) It’s somewhat an issue from the plugin.
Please see attached log from WooCommerce saying what the error is and it gives a Stack Trace of the issue ( fatal-errors-2022-03-14-d9f4e534e61ce2f935089364e10d4889.log )

first transaction seems to have gone through okay both into bank account and order processing back in wordpress with payment marked as completed but am getting an error email sent from Barclay-card regarding the post sale http request. the payment process seemed to be fine from customer perspective (went correctly to confirmation page on wordpress)

I’ve just installed on WordPress site using the latest versions of WordPress & Woocommerce, I’ve configured the plugin and it seem to work so far as orders are being taken and payments are being taken but the orders are not being confirmed in Woocommerce and are left as “pending payment” and no order emails triggered.
I’ve read the various threads and checked that SHA-1 is being used at Barclaycard but still it’s not working?

I have integrated an ePDQ account to a website. When I complete the payment, it comes back to a page(wc-api/RapidDive_WC_Gateway_Barclay/?orderID=1437¤cy=GBP&amount…..) where it says “Transaction is unsuccessfull!”.
When I view the transaction list on the ePDQ account, the status is ‘9-Payment requested ‘.
Could you please let me know what might be the reason?

Can you give an option to remove the Barclaycard logo. I feel it may give the impression the customer must own a Barclaycard logo to use this checkout option.
