The filter stgh_plugin_settings is loaded even in the tickets list screen – but it’s helpful only in the setting pages.
The problem I’m facing now is: if I add custom options there, like add a “select user”, just like the ‘assignee_default’ option that you’ve in your add-on, the dashboard becomes super slow (I’ve about 50k registered users).
When I turn switch the “option” value for an static empty array it becomes quite more fast again.
is that possible to load this filter only in the settings page? Let me know if you need any further information to test it out.

For security and privacy reasons it would be nice to have options to delete old closed tickets after a fixed time (for example after 6 or 12 Months) also it would be nice to have a option to autodelete users after a fixed number of month who have no open tickets or did not open a ticket for fixed time.

By May 24th, 2018 all websites that collect users data have to comply to this European regulation, and include an explicit consent field with (custom) explanation about the uses given to the data collected.
Without that field, Catchers form will be useless for EU websites and websites that collect data from EU citizens.

I’m wondering if there’s a way to track the URL where the support form was used. I have this e-learning project using Lifter LMS and I need an easy way for the enrolled students to ask questions from their lessons. It’s important for the trainer answering questions to know the exact lesson where the students are at, including an URL as a hidden-field would help a lot.
Also, do users have to have a specific account to be able to see their tickets? Can they be regular WordPress users?

I use the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin to send SMTP emails, also the Email-Templates plugin, and work very well together, allowing SMTP to send and customize notifications. However, the Catchers Helpdesk and Ticket system for SMTP service does not support Email Templates.

Hi, I want to use this function to sent notification when new ticket is added. Unfortunetely is doesn’t work. I checked it with wordpress post by changing ‘publish_stgh_ticket’ to ‘publish_post’ and it worked perfect. Please help me solve this problem.

3. Option to redirect into Tickets list after submit a reply
Like “Send reply” and “Send reply and back to List”

5. Load public CSS & JS just on plugin pages (when shortcode is called)
6. In future: add Browser notifications (over WP Heartbeat) about updates (with emails or wihtout – settings)

I’m giving a try to your plugin and I must say that it’s better than expected ??
But there are a few things than stops me from buying the pro version. The main one is the number showed in the notification bubble (in the Tickets menu and also in the top admin menu bar).
That notification includes tickets in ‘new’ and ‘answered’ statuses. I can’t see the point of having ‘answered’ ticket included in the notification bubble, once the ticket is replied by an agent it should not require attention from the support staff once the user replies again, so why including them in the notification?
Maybe the ‘answered’ status should not exists, a closed ticket can be reopened when the user send a new reply, so why having this ‘answered’ status? A status that would be more helpful is a ‘pending’ status, to set the ticket as pending of further investigation or when waiting for a third-party.
Is there any filter that I can use to customize the statuses included in the notification count are also to customize the statuses or add new statuses? Also is there a filter to set the default status in the reply screen? Being able to set the default status in this screen to ‘closed’ would help to show only ‘new’ tickets in the notification bubble.
