Nothing happened on 2023 theme

It would be great to have the possiblity to attach two objects. So the lower objects goes up until it is pushed against the upper object.

I’m a fan of Catch Themes and just installed this plugin on a theme not made by Catch.

What should I look for if I want to have the top navigation menu become sticky?

I know basic HTML/CSS but do not know how to find the specific thing required for this plugin.

Your help and hints appreciated!

The plugin works great on desktop, but it doesnot on mobile devices.
How can i make it work on mobile device too?

It is possible to disable the sticky Menu for small screens (e. g. below 300 px). Many thanks in advance
