There was a successful transaction showing on the cashfree payments portal at 9:59PM. The order on woocommerce was timed out at 11:08PM. I talked to the cashfree payment gateway support and they told me that they sent the logs showing that the gateway sent confirmation message, but it was not acknowledged by the plugin.

I also talked to the woocommerce support team, and they said that it is an error in the communication between the payment gateway and the plugin.

The only plugin in my WooCommerce store that is not compatible with the latest HPOS feature is yours. Please make it compatible with this feature, as it provides a considerable performance boost. Otherwise, customers like me will have no choice but to move to Razorpay due to the lack of this feature. Please ensure that it is compatible in the new release.

Hi, I enabled the new product page widget as well as paylater, EMI and offer but it overwriting the PDP style including fonts. And only paylater option is visible, no EMI and offer.

I have tried:

1. Deactivating and activating plugin
2. Deactivate, delete, install, activate the plugin
3. Resetting the API keys and using new keys

Nothing worked. Please help.

Means, Woocommerce is used on WordPress Multisite Configuration, So shall we use “Cashfree for WooCommerce” for collecting payments on this setup?

WordPress version: 5.4.2
Cashfree by Cashfree Dev – 1.2 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.4.1

When I am using the Test API and making test orders from my local instance
1. Frontend Checkout shows success
2. CashFree Dashboard shows successful transaction
3. Woocommerce Admin shows the order with status = Pending payment

Please declare support for Woocommerce to avoid display of this error in Woocommerce -> Status – Active plugins section

All you need to do is add 2 lines in the header of woocommerce-cashfree.php
* WC requires at least: 3.0
* WC tested up to: 4.3

You should be updating this whenever Woocommerce updates.

In case you know of some alternative to avoid showing this warning, please do share.

Please review this process and explore hosting the image along with the plugin.

Often a delay is observed while loading this image and this surprises the customer.

During checkout there should be absolutely NO distraction for the customer.

Please review and fix.

Almost all plugins list the latest changes on top whereas you are listing it at the bottom.

This creates a confusion when trying to read the latest changes.
