I’m thoroughly pleased and impressed with Cart66 support. They truly take ownership of their product and offer amazing, helpful support. It is so great to have a legitimate alternative to woocommerce. To me, Cart66 provides the solution that website developers and owners should expect for the future. The service doesn’t require a million plugins to work as well as multiple pay-for-use solutions for various features. I’d give them 5 stars if there were more design/layout options for designers.

Have been working with Cart66 for over a year and have used it to develop an extensive membership section on a client’s site. Support from Andrew has always been top notch, he responds quickly with whatever information is needed. Recently the organization re-branded including moving to a new domain name, the process went very smoothly. It’s so great to know that help is just an email away when I need advice or technical assistance. Cart66 support is truly outstanding!!

The Cart66 support team was very helpful in resolving an issue on our site.

There was a plugin conflict that was sprouting some error messages on our site and within less than 24 hours of contacting Cart66 support, they had release an updated version of the cart66-cloud plugin that completely resolved the issue.

I work with lots of developers and rarely see that kind of attention to support issues. Way to go Cart66 Support!

I emailed the support people several times and always got timely responses with a solution to the issue. They were thorough in their responses making sure everything was spelled out clearly, which was very nice.

I am exceptionally pleased with Cart66 and their support. They have helped me greatly when it came to setting up a payment gateway. Their help and assistance is by far the best I have experienced for any product.
The plugin works great and has made my clients online shop secure and PCI compliant which was my main concern when setting up an e-commerce shop.

I’ve used Cart66 Cloud for three different clients. I am most pleased with the software and ease of operation. I also like that the cart and checkout pages are “skinned” to match the look of each website. I have had some coding needs for two of my sites; the Cart66 support team responded quickly and with solutions, a very pleasant surprise since too many software companies lack even a scrap of support.

It is an excellent product but my real surprise with the level of support. My questions were always answered quickly with hands on support when necessary. There has been no extra charge for the support that I needed. Quality support is something that has been declined in most companies, it is a pleasure to deal with a company that still places a high value on it.

Cart66 cloud has been the core of our online shop for 3 years. It’s a great solution for us, as it enabled us to operate subscriptions and sales without our needing to set up our own ecommerce site. The payment and customer account pages were all set up on cart66’s cloud and synced visually with our own site (via their ‘page slurp’ feature). It was all very smooth and easy to use from both the customers’ and our perspective.

I have been using Cart66 for five years now, and could not be happier. The team is constantly making the product better and more user friendly. And when I am in a bind (I am not a coder), they are quick to help me out. They go beyond just supporting the product, but make sure the product is integrating properly with my version of WordPress, my customized theme, and all the plugins that I have installed.

I can’t begin to rave about how much help cart66 offered when working with my latest client during her rebranding process. She has cart66 on her site and we had major problems with the links as well as graphics. Andrew B worked so diligently to keep me up to speed as we worked through the issues. His hands on personal experience along with cart66 expertise are what make working with him and cart66 so valuable. He is a great assets and I am happy that he helped us through the issues without making me feel stupid for not knowing it all! Walking me through the process step by step also empowered me to trouble shoot and learn from the experience. This is an amazing company and team! Thank you Andrew for all your hours of hard work, they didn’t go unnoticed!!

This product has great features and is easy to configure and for simple queries provides fast support.

In my case however I had issues using the cart and membership features with my webhost (WP Engine) and was unable to come to a resolution, despite the best efforts of WP Engine on their side (hence why I have moved to another plugin).

I chose Cart66 mainly for the security benefits – no need to get an SSL certificate and PCI compliance is taken care of. It was very easy to integrate into my site using shortcodes. I had quite a few problems getting the actual Cart pages formatted due to conflicts with my theme. Andrew Bossola from support was fantastic – helped me work around those issues, put up with me when I was frustrated and always replied promptly. Thanks Andrew!

I bumped into Cart66, read some reviews, and really liked that the majority of the work is done by Cart66 behind the scenes…which feed me up to concentrate on the selling side of things.

Wowza!! I’ve only had Cart66 for a couple of weeks but this review is for one of the tech supporters. I reached out for desperate help on the Cart66 Facebook page because my browser was not allowing me to open a support ticket. Andrew Bossola answered me promptly, heard me out, opened up a ticket, and fixed a problem that had been plaguing me for two weeks (and which my own web developer could not fix). We are so pleased with Cart66! The dashboard is simple and easy to navigate, and yet it does everything that we need. Any time we have needed help, support has returned our e-mails promptly and helped us figure out what we were troubleshooting.

We used WooCommerce prior to this and ran into so many WooCommerce plugin compatibility issues — and support of one would just blame the other. I was tired of that! Cart66 not only has had far fewer things to figure out, but their customer service wins hands down. I would recommend Cart66 to anyone building an online store.

Fast and efficient. My support ticket was addressed in minutes. As a noobie WordPress user, I had trouble updating a plugin. Andrew went in and not only quickly fixed the problem for me, he also took the time to explain what he did, which I really appreciate.

Lee and his team are truly a group of professionals that care about more than just product support. Each time I submitted a ticket, the response was very quick (few hours to no longer than 24) and the team also came up with suggestions to improve the functionality and how to better adapt Cart66 with my business.

I am not a coder or an expert developer, and I was able to setup my subscription service for my site and did not make a single compromise. Oh, and that was all within the 15 day completely free trial period.

These guys went above and beyond and have not yet made a penny from me! That’s exceptional. I’m going to gladly sign up as a paid member once my trial expires.

To Lee and the entire team at Cart66, thank you for everything and keep up the kick a55 work! Look forward to where you will take this product next (I’ll be right there with ya).

I came to Cart66 after using WooCommerce for a little while. I started looking for something else when one of the paid plugins didn’t work after the main (free) plugin didn’t work. Also, I found that they were nickel/dime-ing me to death to add all the functionality I wanted.

These guys do have wonderful support. I had problems when I set up my cart and they figured out what it was and fixed it. I am using the Cart66 Cloud and although there are some minor cosmetic things to fix, the service is great.

If you have any trouble whatsoever getting Cart66 to integrate with your site these guys will not on help but solve your problems. They’ve answered every question I had to complete satisfaction. They level of support is above and beyond what I initially expected. They’ve helped me and solved all sorts of custom css problems in my code. Can’t recommend Cart66 enough. Cheers!

We had a problem with our database upgrade so we contacted support for the first time. They stayed with us until the problem was solved. They also made other recommendations that helped speed up our site. Excellent support staff.
