Hi, I used your plugin and service previously, I think from Shopify to Woocommerce, and was really happy with results. I want to try your service again for Bigcommerce to Woo, but currently we have customer groups (tiered pricing for wholesale customers), and Woocommerce does not support this feature natively. So will I lose all data associated with these customer groups (pricing, view privileges, etc?), or is it possible to install woocommerce tired pricing plugin first and then import the data? (I know that’s unlikely).
Secondly, last time you were able to carry over customers accounts with their passwords in tact. Is bigcommerce to woocommerce the same, or will customers need to set a new password in order to login?

Hi – is there a way to get a quote, or see pricing for different levels of product numbers? Stating “from $69” is quite open and I need to create a quote for a project I am working on.

If something is sold on the WordPress site using WooCommerce, will Cart2Cart relay that information to BigCommerce for the product listing to be ended? In this case BigCommerce is pushing listings to multiple platforms that WooCommerce is not capable of doing and thus a necessity.
