Hi,

just like the title says I am using the Divi lite carousel plugin and have added a few images that I’ve set to rotate in a coverflow fashion. The images are in .png format and I’m 100% certain that all of their backgrounds are transparent. Unfortunately the images still display a solid white background that overlays and covers up part of the images that are further back in the carousel (not in focus). I’ve made sure that the backgrounds are set to “transparent” both in the “image carousel” and in the “carousel item” settings of the Divi module but this does not seem to solve the issue either.

Is there something that I have missed or is there another workaround for this, such as some css code or similar?

Hi, using the Testimonial Carousel, no matter what I try, the stars of the rating system are not showing up in the frontend.

Even more, in the builder, the stars are showing up only in white with the black outline. I tried to change color but it doesn’t do anything.
Also, in the builder, in the rating settings of each element, it always shows 5 stars no matter the setting I set.

I have a license key but there is no obvious place in the Lite plugin where I can enter it to activate the upgrade. Please assist. Thanks.

How can I disable the prompt for “heading” and “subheading” in the image carousel? I don’t want to write anything in the heading field or in subheading field. However, the prompt is still showing up on the carousel “heading” “subheading” in the mobile version. Please help.

I’m using Divi Carousel Lite for testimonials and it’s great on desktop. But on mobile, it shows more than one testimonial at a time and I can’t figure out how to display just one. Any suggestions?

Hello I’m having an imoprtante issue with the plugin. It has this error:

This is a big deal because it creates a big log file that uses all my disk space.

The carousel doesn’t appear to respect the transparency in a PNG image.

I have given a Dropbox link to an image. It shows a carousel that is on a dark green background. The images are all square and where necessary they have transparency. This is showing as white, whereas I would expect the dark green from the row background to show through.

I have just installed the Lite version of the Carousel and created an Image Carousel.

I am trying to hide the navigation dots but the toggle to do this doesn’t seem to do anything.

I’d also like to hide the left/right arrows but haven’t got to that problem yet.

I have finalized the Divi testimonial carousel on my main page but when I open the Website in a different browser the rating stars are not shown. Do you have an idea what the problem is? Thnx for help

After plugin activation, the styles of the wp admin changes in many pages (plugins, pages, entries, etc), also the divi theme options changes the size of the text.

I know this carousels are based on Swiper, but the responsive part is not working.

Building a new site. Wanted to have a testimonial slider. Yours looks like it fits the bill, but unfortunately, when it’s activated, the Divi full-width portfolio in the next section down on the page breaks. When I de-activate it, the portfolio module functions correctly. So there is some sort of incompatibility there.

When I’m in the Divi visual builder, the 3D effects work, but out of the editor, it’s just a flat, scrolling list.

Also in the debug log, I have the following three lines repeated forever:
