I have been using this plugin for years now–beginning with PHP 5.6.X, and currently running under WP v5.9.X and PHP 7.4.X. I have also done a local Laragon dev under PHP 8.1.X and it still rolls on!
It is completely configurable to mimic the CSS of your theme–and while is a bit of useful fluff–it certainly adds charm to a WP site.

The use of 'wp_head'
hook to inject javascript code that requires jQuery may fail. I changed it to 'wp_footer'
Calling jQuery.noConflict()
also makes other parts of the website that use $
to call jQuery fail. It is really unnecessary to call .noConflict()
so I recommend removing it.

I Like it. Actually, it made me clean up my tag DB just to be able to use it ??

The new version of this plugin avails the options under the Settings Menu under 3D Tag Cloud. A quick update of the settings and adding a few quick tags to the posts gave me a nice addition to alternative prism view of my site. I love it. I use in on GiantLeap.com for now and will add to others I am sure.

Great idea, but not customizable with no options for colours, different tags, and locations (i.e. sidebar, bottom, etc).
It seems to also have a bug that remains on different pages.

Absolutely recommend this plugin for any magazine or informational website! I run it on my website in sidebar: https://www.insidetheapp.com/ looks very fancy, as for me:)

A really nice widget, but zero options in the menu. Have tried Edge, IE 11 and Crome without success.

I have tried this frustrating plugin. It comes with zero option. To give you an idea of what a decent 3D Tag Cloud could be, have a look at this

I’m glad I could
… replace my flash version of Tag Cloud by this one.
Thanks !!!

Why just tags, and not also categories? I don’t want to change all my categories to tags just to see if this thing works or not.
UPDATE 16 AUG 2014 Version 2.2.3: I have reduced this to one star. Does not work (dashboard) in Firefox. Has ostensibly adds categories, but in fact displays nothing but the title.

It worked fine on Firefox (Windows 8.1), all options seams to work.
I will give an other star when It will work on mobile devices (It do not work on Android 4.3 fith firefox) and then the tags will have different sizes (more important tags bigger).
See this widget in action on my blog and make your own opinion.
Thank you to the developer for this great plugin!

Only thing I would add is a way to have varying colors for the tags in the cloud (perhaps an array of colors, a range based on post count, and/or just random colors).

I’s a minimalist version of a Tag cloud. Not very fancy and author is promising more in next updates. I’ll rate higher as some of these come along.
It appears to be working fine with 3.8

thank you Vinoj Cardoza for your work!
I never had to customize, that was all done by my (Reponsive) Theme, i guess. After reading the above Posts, i tried and i could easily set colors on font and background. Scrolling over with the mouseweel does’nt work, i get stuck and change the size. So its 4,5 Stars from me.The 0,5 on Top is for you, keeping up witz work on little cute things like this.

** UPDATE 2/3/2014 **
I’ve had to down rate my review for lack of support and an apparent bug that just won’t go away.
*********************
I’ve been waiting months for a fix, but I think it’s been overlooked.
I was able to remove the border surrounding each link in a previous version of this plugin, but I mistakenly updated the plugin and now I’m not able to remove the border around the links.
Having a solid bordered, box around each and every link on mouse hover makes the effect appear 3rd rate IMO. You can see for yourself at: https://www.philosotheist.com.
While the idea behind this plugin is great…the support for it is lacking and as such, I’m in the market for one that allows me to remove the box around each link.

I love the way this looks on my blog.
The resizing option worked fine. But the color settings don’t seem to work.
I’m getting dark grey font on a clear background. (The sidebar is blue, so the cloud has dark grey font on a blue background.) I’ve tried both #ffffff and #FFF.
Does anyone know how to make the font white?
