It looks like its’ all working. I have used the random shortcode but the image is covering the text!

How can I fix this please?

If I put your shortcode in the blog content, it breaks the sidebar. It happens in both twenty-twenty three and Neve theme.

it works fine when I use a full-width template in Neve theme. But again, it only works for 1-column. The shortcode for tarot reading breaks the template of the whole page or post if I set the shortcode into 2-column template.

I’m a monthly subscriber, and I’ve written to you 3 times, but I still haven’t gotten a response. So I’m leaving a message here.

Is this a fixable problem? Or is it my fault?

I have been searching high and low to find a support email to get help but to no avail. Very frustrating, so opting to create a new thread here hoping that someone can help me as ChilliChalli seems to be difficult to get in touch with.

A while back I upgraded from Card Oracle to Card Oracle Premium as I needed to be able to show 36 cards.

When the plug-in is activated and?I try and go into?plug-ins in WP admin I get a pop-up saying there is a fatal error. I have a screenshot but it doesn’t look like I can add it here…

I still have both plug-ins in my list of plug-ins, however, they have both been deactivated due to the fatal error whenever the premium version is active.

Why the fatal error?

Is it because I have both the basic and premium versions in my plug-in list or is there something wrong with the code itself?

The beginning of the error message says:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Freemius_Api_WordPress::RemoteRequest() in…

Then the last line says:

/home/customer/www/mariabaeck.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/card-oracle-premium/freemius/includes/class-fs-api.php on line 381.

As I am paying for this plug-in but I am unable to use it, I’d hoped that there is someone somewhere taking care of support questions and issues.

Hi. Thanks for creating this plugin. I know there can be TWO different interpretations for each card (right side up and reversed) but I would like to add 4, 5 or even 6 different interpretations for each card so that 1 of the 6 interpretations might randomly come up when THAT particular card is drawn.

How would I do this with the plugin?

today I was working on my new site and added this plugin from wordpress and I couldnt active it at all. it shows me this error

I dont think if the problem was from my theme “Bridge” because last week I was working on this theme on local and I added this plugin on it for test and it was perfect.

Hi,

(1) Is there a way to display the same card for an entire week (instead of “card of the day”) – so that even if the visitor refreshes the page, the same card is displayed?

(2) I have created my own oracle cards and would love to be able to display them, in addition to regular tarot cards.

Is there a way to be able to add more cards to be displayed?

Thanks, I really like the freemium version and am tempted to upgrade. Just wish I could do the above too.

I downloaded your freemium ver of tarot plugin.

It works, but I have some problems with customization ( and else )
–
1) Cards sometimes overlap each other. Don’t know exact reason , because it happens even on bigger screens, and again in some areas at around 500 px, but then again it looks fine lower that 500 px.

2) Submit button is not quite visible, and it is in strange position. ( how can I put it underneath the cards ? )

3) Also Submit button have behaviour when it is clicked – the hole page where the code is inserted scrool itself to the up ?

4) Past, Present and Future titles – are showing in original language, even if I changed those titles to my language.

Hi, how are you?

I′ve already translated all descriptions and the file demo-data.json of the plugin.

It′s all working well for Reading Shortcodes, but it′s not working for Random Card and Daily the Daily Card. The text for these ones are still showing up in English.

Please, how can I translate it? Which file should I have to translate?
