The Captcha Bank software is broken. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software to no avail.
I posted a support request in the forum. As of this review, no response from being posted 1 week, 5 days ago. So while this might be a good plugin as reviewed by others, as of now I wouldn’t recommend it if you run into trouble and aren’t technical to try and figure things out on your own.

Had this plugin dormant on our site for a while (not in use) and just this week started noticing WP dashboard was loading extremely slowly despite website speed was perfectly normal. Used query monitor plugin and found this Captcha Bank to be the culprit that caused a PHP conflict with WP which triggered a significant delay. Deactivate and delete right away. User beware.

I bought the CAPTCHA BANK plugin since April 18 under the reference:
Order number: 50897
The payment is made, the seller AnG Eesti Technologies Oü has cashed the purchase amount via PayPal.
Since the purchase, the plugin is not available for download and I also cannot connect to the account created by seller AnG Eesti Technologies Oü during the purchase.
Despite the follow-up emails, the seller AnG Eesti Technologies Oü did not react.

I like the simplicity of Captcha Bank, and the fact that it isn’t dependent on whether you can decipher some kind of jumbled graphic. The kinds of tests you use are not only easier but more interesting.

I selected addition and subtraction only in the setting, however, two-digit multiplication and division operations keep showing up on the form. There’s no way to set the math operation easier so it’s doable without a calculator.

It kept saying the Captcha was blank, even though I type the letters exactly.
So scary! I was lucky because there was another link on the site where I could log in (without the Captcha).
I used the free version. Be very careful or you could get locked out of your site.

Although the plugin seems to be good (I’m unable to Test, since I do not have access to my account), I logged a support Ticket and with 3 weeks of following up and sending various e-mails without any Response.
After Sale Service is the most important aspect of any Sale, and for this, they receive a poor rating from me.

I use this plugin on a few sites but I’ve noticed when I add it to newer sites, that some of the older features are now pay-only.
One feature that I particularly use your plugin for has been removed from the newer updates, while it still works on my old sites with the plugins that haven’t been updated. The feature emails you each time there is a login or signup attempt to the website, but now you have to pay for this feature.
I literally wouldn’t be using your script for my new sites if I knew that when I installed it. I battle all the spam and stuff still even with your plugin, so I’ve had to develop my own way to cut it out 100%…. so since I have spam proofed my site on my own without any plugin’s help, I literally only used this plugin for that one feature now but have to pay to use it.
And the worst part is you still advertise this as a free plugin feature, but clearly you have to pay to use it!

This Captcha is better than the others I’ve used. I hate image Captcha, I never know if I’m selecting the right traffic lights in those fuzzy pictures. Plus my eyes aren’t what they used to be. This is far better for me. A math equation not only shows I’m not a bot, it asks for some intelligence and quick thinking.

Free version does not work with woocommerce, you have to buy premium edition. So there is no way to even test it before paying for it. There should be a notice in the description about it. The description only say “Captcha Bank supports WooCommerce, BuddyPress & Contact Form 7.” but no mentioning it’s supported only by the premium edition. Just wasted my time trying it on a few websites.
