]]>Hi,
I just installed the captain up plugin to use the new single sign-on feature. Is there a way to show the user’s profile picture instead of the standard image? I didn’t find how to change that. I am using an avatar plugin and it would be great if the system would automatically use that picture.
Regards,
Orca

Thanks for your help
It is a way to have a Single Login to captain up and wordpress?
Also when I use Firefox in a Mac environment, the captain up never sign in, it opens the twitter or facebook login screens and returns without any message and without sigining in Captain Up
How I can debug the issue?
]]>Hi!
I have noticed that my user’s tweets and likes are not counting their points in their boards. They don’t show in my WP admin panel neither. What could be the problem?
Thank you
]]>Hello, when would you expect an integration for constant contact/mailchimp to occur?
Also I currently use paidmembershippro, is there any way to integrate with that or similar sources?
Will adding old users be possible if i am using htis on my website?
Thanks,
Ryan
I spent days trying to find the right gamification wordpress setup. I thought Captain Up was the answer… until I tried viewing my website from a smartphone. This is a deal breaker and quite a disappointment.
Is there any plan to support mobile browsers in the near future?
]]>In Admin Panel>Users I am not able to see how many “Likes” & “Tweets” done by my site users. Its showing “0” for every user.
]]>Hello,
Captain Up has 2 actions in the account center for sign up and sign in, but when I test it out by registering a test user, Captain Up doesn’t give me any points for this action.
How can I get this set up properly?
Cheers!
]]>Dear Sirs,
I visited your website, but i didn′t understand what is the service of your site, could you give some websites of examples to i see?
Thanks and Regards,

]]>While I love the premise, the flaws make it impossible to use. I was initially excited about them able to earn points for sharing as well as commenting but unhappy that they didn’t get points for posting.
I also wasn’t happy with people mysteriously getting thousands of points in a day for doing very little.
I could have lived with most of the above except for the fact that it makes my site take several seconds longer to load and if the captain up website is down, which it was several times last week, it keeps my front page partly loaded for close to a minute before it finally acknowledges it can’t load captain up and continues to load the page without it.
I am losing way too much money being crippled and unable to load for such a long period.
I would love to come back to it should they change it where my site isn’t crippled if the captain up site is offline.
]]>Does anyone know how to use the custom actions? I can create a custom action, I just don’t know how to get it to trigger based on activity on my website.
For example, I would like to trigger an action whenever someone takes a quiz. I am using the wp-pro-quiz plugin for the quizzes. I have created a custom action under the “Actions” tab, I just can’t figure out how to link up them up.
Figuring this out would open up a lot of opportunities for everyone using the plugin. A tutorial or documentation would be awesome!
Thanks
]]>I installed it on my site but when I click activate nothing happens. It doesn’t show up in the menu anywhere nor is it popping up on the front page for people.
]]>I see that users sign up through facebook or twitter. What about existing wordpress users? How is that handled?
thanks
]]>Hi Captain Up Team,
Excellent work on the plugin. Clean, simple, friendly… I love it. I run a blog for a middle school, and this plugin looks like the perfect thing to “gamify” my site for the kids.
However, is it possible for the users to register for Captain Up in an alternative way other than Facebook or Twitter? All of my users have a WordPress and Google account (which are linked together). I don’t necessarily want to incorporate Facebook (or Twitter) into my school blog because I have less moderation powers.
So basically I’m asking if users can register with either a WordPress account or Google account?
Thank you for the awesome work!

]]>Hello:
I installed the plugin according to the instructions but the verification process hangs. I am using a Nginx web server and would like to know if there is anything special I need to do to resolve this problem or not.
Thanks for your help.
