First hit on Google search when I tried ‘wordpress block editor callout panel’.

Installation instructions were clear and straightforward, even to someone like me who’s a non-developer and haven’t uploaded a plugin before.

Incredibly customisable with colours and icons. The GitHub repo is also open, for transparency.
