Could I use the spanish language with the plugin?

on a wordpress “Multi-Users” (e-g authors), would it be possible to add coding for many “call me” shortcodes ?
I mean that each author id (on a single wordpress installation) would have their own “call me”.
Per wp-user “ID” like this:
[callme userid=3]
[callme userid=4]
[callme userid=55]
[callme userid=333]

The version of this plugin you get when you add the plugin in wordpress is not up to date and does not work, specifically the emails never have the name.
in callme-form/call-me.php you still have old code.
