This is a great plugin to aid with your writing. How many times have you had blog posts with actionable steps? After people read that blog post, they may forget.
Astrid comes in and helps your readers remember what you wrote about.

Being a health food blogger there are a lot of important “take-aways” for my readers.
Astrid helps by reminding readers what they read and what they want to act on. It helps them focus on the important stuff and get the most out of my content.
10/10, Great job!

This plugin gives a whole new meaning to the idea of “actionable” links. Now, instead of sending them to a page where they have to take down information and figure out how to integrate that information into their routine, the Astrid plugin lets me give them exactly what to do and when to do it. It’s a different way of thinking about links, and I think readers really respond to it.
]]>Sometimes you read a great blog post, bookmark it and promise yourself you’ll come back to it. But you never do. That’s where Astrid comes in, it’s easy to install and it makes adding stuff to your to-do list really simple.
It’s great for bloggers who want to help their readers take action or remind them to come back.
Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
]]>I found out about this plugin through word of mouth. I almost didn’t install it but realized I don’t need to be an Astrid user.
It’s really easy to install and use.
You’ll have to think about blog posts slightly differently — in terms of giving people tasks due by a certain date — but I think this approach makes more sense anyway.
Great stuff! Thanks
]]>It’s so simple to use, and I think my audience will love it. A lot of times, I don’t think users will get the most out of my article because they will probably forget to do a certain thing.
]]>This plugin is great!
As I read through blogs, the authors that use Astrid have given me the option to be reminded of actionable items they recommend. I follow them for a reason! WIth one click, the item is added to my todo list and I get a push notification on my phone when the deadline nears!
]]>This is a great plugin for any blogger who regularly doles out tips/ideas/advice/recommendations and wants to give readers an easy way to take action on them.
I love how easy it was to set up the plugin — it requires no configuration — but if I want to customize it, I can.
Try it!
]]>I’m a big Astrid fan, so when I found the plug-in, I was excited to try it out.
It’s a simple concept, but makes a lot of sense. Basically, it makes it easier to add reminders to blog posts so that readers can remember and take action on the things I’ve written about. I love the reminder link creation tool and I think overall the experience of adding reminders is really simple and easy to use.
I’m a fan an recommend you try it out.
]]>I got an early preview of the plugin that was originally built as for Chrislema.com. At first I didn’t buy the idea of using the optional Call-To-Action section at the bottom of my posts so I contributed to the plugin by adding the inline Remind Me links and buttons.
After using this for a couple weeks I have discovered that the Call-To-Action section helps me focus my writing. Because the main reason I write is to have a positive impact on others I am thinking about two things.
While Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ help me with distribution, the Astrid plugin seems to help with #2. I love that it makes me think “how is this post applicable?” and gives me an easy next step for my readers.
I plan on continuing to contribute to this plugin’s development and look forward to seeing how others end up using it!
]]>I’m willing to admit I’m forgetful. I also know my readers are as well. I’ve been feeling for quite some time now that it’s not just enough to give advice and recommendations in a blog post.
What I love about the Astrid plugin is that it forces me to think in terms of concrete take-aways and reminders that my readers can use to make my recommendations actionable.
I was able to get my hands on an early version of the plugin and have really liked from the beginning how easily it makes my writing impactful and actionable.
Easy-to-use, helpful, great tool, guys. Thank you!
