Trying to setup the plugin. Everything seems to work smoothly when using an unrestricted key. The map updates properly, the distance and fees are calculated, checkout total updated as well.

The moment I restrict my key using my domain, the JS no longer calculates the fees or distance. The JSON returns 0 for both.

I had unrestricted APIs but also tried restricting these APIs only:

• Directions API
• Distance Matrix API
• Geocoding API
• Geolocation API
• Maps JavaScript API
• Places API

There are still issues calculating fees or distance, it does not seem to be related to APIs restrictions. When I restrict the key itself using website restriction, like so

• *.domain.com/*
• https://domain.com/*
• https://domain.com/checkout

The map itself is still initialized with domain restrictions (which means the domain is recognized). We can see delivery point A to point B once the calculation function is called. The response that includes fees and distance calculations does not work. There are no console log errors or warnings.

I’ve added a response console log in the resp.success function, but it returns objects total_amount: 0, total_dist: 0. Any idea why?

Currently, I’m running the plugin with an unrestricted domain key but I’d like to have a solution that works with a restricted domain.

When I’m setting up the options on the Distance Calculator the Street Address 1st box I get an error “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” I’ve checked that API is correct and it appears to be all ok but I cannot get the plugin to display anything on the checkout page either maybe related to the issue above with Street Addess Location ?

any advise would be welcome please

All fields available in pro plugin is not working. After clicking save it will just go back to the default settings

Can this plugin exclude delivery charges if delivery location is in free shipping zone? or can you give advice?

I have the This Feature Allows you to Force the User to Add Delivery Fee to the Order. Without Delivery Fee they cannot Place the Order.?checked but it is still allowing the customer to place the order without adding a delivery fee. Another urgent fix! Im borderline asking for a refund for the Pro Version as there are so many errors!

The delivery/shipping address entered into Distance Calculator Fields is not inserting into the order – please advise/arrange fix – this is crucial to our business

The distance is calculating incorrectly. I have the Pro Version.

The base (shop) address is: Coral Bay Avenue, Pegia 8575, Cyprus and the destination address is Troodos Hotel & Spa, 16 Troodos Square, Troodos, Cyprus 4800.

The distance calculator is only calculating the distance as 47.24km instead of 88.2km

When you get the distance from Google Maps (web search) you get the correct distance of 88.2km. At 1 EUR per km this is a massive financial hit!

Distance Rate Shipping was really easy to configure, but only offers one rate, so I am looking for an alternative.

I copied the Google API Key from that plugin, expecting it to “just work”.

Since this plugin does not actually acknowledge the entry of the API key, good, bad, or indifferent, it’s hard to know if there is some issue.

In addition, the other plugin showed up as a shipping method, this one does not, on my site.

And the documentation link does not actually link to documentation, but the sales page.

I would love for this plugin to work, but am not highly motivated to buy the Pro version at this point.

1. The delivery address details do not get registered in WooCommerce. It isn’t displayed in the confirmation e-mail or in the order details in the back-end.
2. The distance being calculated from the Google API is incorrect. Delivery routes with a distance of 40 miles, for example, show 20 miles in the calculation.
