While using this plugin to migrate a site that’s behind a VPN, the plugin gets stuck on the, “Verifying Details…” page and times out after ~10 minutes with the following error: “We are unable to contact the source site. Due to this the migration cannot be completed.”
I also received the following console error: “Failed to load resource the server responded with a status of 504 (gateway timeout)”
Could this be a firewall issue on the source-side? If so, what should the client allow on their firewall to get this process to work? Thanks

I just used this a couple weeks ago and it worked fine. My guess is it is not working yet with WP 4.8? I have tested many times.
Thanks for the help,

Hey guys, twice I’ve used this plugin and both times my site has transffered ok to Pantheon. However after both times my current site starts exhibiting strange behaviour leading to “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”
I can’t edit pages, add stuff to cart or even toggle plugins on or off. It’s almost like the database is locked or something.

]]>Hi,
When trying to start the migration, I get the following error:
The destination folder is not writable. Please fix the permissions and retry.
Which folder needs to be writable?
Thanks!

Hi,
Two questions: 1. Can you migrate an individual site within a WP multisite to a single installation of WP on Pantheon with this plugin? I would test it, but I’m concerned about any changes the plugin might make to the rest of the multisite. So, 2. Does the plugin clone the information it takes to the new install, or does it actually physically remove files from the old site and move to the new?
I’ve got a lot of multisite to single site migrations to make, and I’d love for this to work.
Thanks! ??
The migration plugin works great but there are WP Engine emails being sent when using this plugin? Can we customize that if you are using the WP Engine framework for this plugin?
