I have an issue with this plugin – when i make a purchase and select worldpay it is not taking me to the worldpay payment site – i just get stuck on my own website and displays a page saying ‘pay for order’ with the details of order number, date, total and payment method but no payment button or anything else. any ideas how i can link through to making the payment?

The site does not auto capture the card just authorises it. Plus it does not change the order status from pending payment to processing.

The plugin is all working fine, taking payments, generating emails etc. However the redirection to the website isn’t working.
I have spoken to worldpay, they have run a check against the SSL and confirmed it isn’t that. They have also confirmed the Payment Response URL (<wpdisplay item=CM_payment_response_url>) is working fine and relaying the information back to the plugin.
They said the plugin wasn’t updating the shopping cart correctly and something was therefore blocking the redirection.
I notice quite a few people are in a similar situation here, so any help appreciated.

I had some web developers who created a website for me who I am no longer in contact with. They set up WooCommerce and the Worldpay plug in. I have an issue with this. It has been set up and works, payment goes through.
The problem is when a customer places an order it redirects them to a Worldpay page where they enter details and it confirms payment has gone through. However, once the payment is made, it just says payment successful. I need them to be redirected to my website. I spoke to Worldpay and they mentioned I need a Payment Response URL.
On the back end I have gone to WooCommernce>Settings>Checkout>Worldpay, however there is no Payment Response URL there.
Can you advise please?
]]>Hi, I installed the business-worldpay-gateway-for-woocommerce without issues and I have an account with Worldpay now. I activated the plugin and added my installation id and set it to TEST mode and now on my checkout screen I see the option for pay with Worldpay. I select this option, nothing happens, and I click place order. The order is placed and I see the order confirmation thank you page on woocommerce. But…the issue is at no point is there anywhere to enter the bank card details. I was just allowed to place an order without making any payments. Please can someone point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?

I just installed this plugin and we are on the testing page and I tried to access the documentation page to setup the plugin but couldn’t access the site “https://www.mdsdev.eu/mds-worldpay-woocommerce/”
It is showing “This site can’t be reached”. Can you help?
When I try to configure the plugin I am unable to confirm the correct details. As such the plug in refuses to work.
The plug in asks for
Installation ID
Payment Response Password
MD5 Secret
but I cannot locate anything like this on the worldpay administration screens
In my online.worldpay.com admin screen I see:
merchant ID
service Key
client key
but these do not enable the plug in to work. I note that in your documents it says to use business.worldpay.com is this a different service from online.worldpay.com?

The plugin works beautifully in test mode … but with live mode I get a callback error email from WorldPay
I have uploaded the C & Y files, then copied into production (and waited several days, not just the 6 hours ?? )
I have copied the test settings to production as well
What am I missing? I must have forgotten to do something, but for the life of me I can’t figure it out
My theme uses CherryFramework if that makes any difference – but given that it works perfectly in test mode, I’m pretty sure that the theme is OK

I have read some previous posts about this in the forumns but cant find anyone that is having the same issue as me. I have completed all of the steps in your documentation and everything works and redirects fine BUT only if I have test mode enabled. If I put a live payment through I am not then redirected back to the site once a payment is successful in worldpay.
I have paused javascript events in the console so I could check the url was being passed to worldpay correctly since changing the wordpress and site url and the link that is getting passed seems to be correct however still not redirect.
Any help you can give on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
EDIT: I am forcing secure checkouts and have all of the mandatory redirect files uploaded into worldpay.

]]>I am setting up the plugin on a site. I can pay for the basket items and this redirects to Worldpay and the payment is accepted. It returns to the shop site and produces the confirmation of the order. However the order still shows as payment pending. I have checked the plugins and disabled everything that I can and retried with no success. When I try to the go to the site in the callback error email (https://www.Domainremoved.co.uk/wc-api/MDS_Worldpay_Gateway/) I get a blank page with a -1 in the top left. I do realise that this is likely to be an access issue, but how else can I check that the endpoint is available to the plugin?
]]>I’m using WordPress configured with Woocommerce v3.2.5 and Woocommerce WorldPay Gateway v3.2.6 to process online transactions. However, when a customer makes online payment (either cancel or succeed) the e-mail confirmation is not sent and the order status is not changed for the order.
I have configured the Woocommerce WorldPay according to instructions and “Email notification” tab for New Order, Cancelled Order, and Failed Order to send the notification to specific email address correctly. And it works as soon as you update the order status manually through administration panel.
Can you please advise where should I look for solution to that issue?

I am currently having an issue with the way the plugin redirects the user back to the website after successful purchase.
Currently when it goes through to Worldpay and you submit the test visa card it appears to just redirect to a blank page on the website.
I have contacted Worldpay who say its an issue with the plugin.
I have checked all of the settings on both the plugin and worldpay’s side and they are identical so I am a bit confused as to why it does not appear to redirect the user back from worldpay to the website to complete the order.
I have also made sure I have copied the X and Y html files to the correct location, but unfortunately nothing seems to work. Please help!

]]>I’m currently testing WorldPay payments. After payment it redirects back to the website with the message “Security check failed, the transaction wasn’t successful, order has been canceled. Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again”.
An email is received by the customer which says the same thing.
I have spoken to WorldPay support and they say the payment is being recorded as successful. An email is also received by the merchant saying the payment was successful. Worldpay support suggested contacting you as it appears to be an issue with the plugin

]]>We have a problem with integration with Worldpay plugin with Woocommerce. I.e. the system has detected that our callback has failed. I now understand that Worldpay do NOT support SNI. However, I am told by my developer that SNI cannot be disabled for reasons wont get into here. He says the following:
could you ask the developer of the plugin not to get our HTTPS links but our HTTP links – all endpoints can now handle all links from HTTP which is 1 of the 4 choices that have been instructed to do.
Is there a solution to this problem. i.e Allowing callback to work without “disabling” SNI? Thnkyou.

We installed Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce and have noticed an issue. We use up to date woocommerce plugins and woocommerce themes (Storefront, Galleria).
When customers add products to the basket that use the WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin (up to date and made by woocommerce) we get blank checkout pages. A couple of items added to the basket is fine but most of the time anymore and the checkout page returns blank.
I have made sure all plugins and themes are up to date, I then tested the site by removing plugins one by one, when I removed the Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce plugin the checkout shows fine with our other payment option showing and no issues.
I added worldpay back to the site and then removed the WooCommerce Product Add-ons and found that this also cleaned up the issue, so one or the other is causing the issue. As the Paypal plugin works fine and util adding the worldpay plugin all was fine and our use of the worldpay plugin is pretty new it would seem that the worldpay plugin is causing the issue.
It looks like there is a conflict between this worldpay plugin and the WooCommerce Product Add-ons, both of which we need to use, as mentioned all our plugins are up to date and prior to using this worldpay plugn there were no issues, if you could shed any light on this situation it would be a great help as we have had many customers saying they are having issues placing orders as blank checkout pages have been showing.
