Thanks for providing this plugin!

1. I installed & activated the plugin.
2. WordPress Backend → Bulk Update Status → Selected post types “Posts” and “Pages”.
3. Clicked “Save Settings”.

From then on the extra actions “Change to Draft” and “Change to Publish” were available in the “Bulk actions ?” dropdown menu in:

1. ? Posts — /wp-admin/edit.php
2. ? Pages — /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
3. ? But not in All Pages — /wp-admin/admin.php?page=nestedpages
   coming from the plugin Nested Pages which provides a more visual and interactive listing of the pages. There the “Bulk actions ?” did not get those extra entries.

Is your plugin registering these extra bulk actions “in a standardized way” so that these extra actions get accessible to any plugins which may offer their own UIs for bulk actions with pages/posts?

I do not know which plugin is “at fault” as I do not know the underlying WordPress architecture, and to me as a layman the cause could be on either side. Hence I first reported here.
