I can select photos but the titles are ignored. Adding these manually and Save and Continue does nothing. Little else works either, variation groups can’t be added for instance

Since the last Two updates of this plugin we are having a lot of inconvenient things.
First those watermarked files we did not ask for cause we are on the free version.
It just double the image on your server…
Then all the products are now virtual with no option to choose but to edit product one by one… I have found a way to shot that but i’m not supposed to mess inside a plugin.

Icing on the cake, the dev doesn’t use these forums so just shut that pluggin page down please.

If we use this plugin it seems that it must be enabled forever.
Not a good choice I think, because more plugins make wordpress slow.

Is if only me or someone else has found that the products images do not display anymore after disabling the plugin ?

I have been trying out the free version of the plugin. I have run into some issues of my own, as well as browsing other people’s issues in the support forum here. I have no idea if the authors have been resolving issues, a criteria I’d find important when considering getting the premium version because all the posts are answered with ‘visit our forums’. But, none of the links to forums the authors post even seem to work.

So everything works great, until I change the price on a variation and say update. As soon as I do that my products go all out of whack and they no longer display correctly on my site. Instead of showing the grouped product it shows the variations and no picture.

How can I prevent this? I need to hand over this site to my client and need this to work before I can hand it over.

When i load my pictures in bulk importer everything goes fine. not really fast but fast enough.

then i hit the “save and continue” button. ( it will make products of the photos now i guess ? )

Then i takes like forever before it is done ( like 100 photo’s )

I have some issues modifying woocommerce single product page variations format.
I would like to reduce the box of the product variations title, so that the price will not appear so distant (on the mobile it is not visible wo scrolling)
I would like also to change size/colour of the qty box and arrows but i am not sure where to add or apply modifications.

I have the premium version of BTPTI and I updated the prices in variation and pressed update button. And it just said “updating” for a couple of hours. I could see that the prices was updated quite fast on the website, bit it still said updating in wordpress.

And then I noticed that all of the group variation products was showing in the product list.

They only show up in the recent and woocommerce shop page, if you go into one of the product category’s the group variation is hidden.

I noticed that when installing the module is giving error on the highlighted image posts, I load the image, it appears in the blog post but the editing is not shown, you can not even edit the image. Desativie the module and works normally.

Hello, I am having an issue with broken images. All of my main product images are not showing up on my website. I am not having a problem with my product gallery images or any images that I uploaded without this plugin.

I have no idea how to fix it, and I have 1000’s of products, so I am hoping this is a bug that can be easily fixed.

I tested the free version which didn’t function as should and purchased the premium version trusting the developer would fix his plugin.

Not so.

The plugin, besides the fact that it’s broken and breakes the image resize plugin, doesn’t conform to the woocommerce product variation scheme so if the plugin were to work it makes all variation management plugins useless for the thousands or more photographs one adds to their shop with the plugin, if it were to work at all.

Next to not supporting their plugin properly they make insain demands for thinking of supporting their plugin, I have to move my site to a US hosting company?!

I wouldn’t trust a plugin from these people anymore.

Hi,
After many tests I discovered that after activatin your plugin, I couldn’t insert images on posts selecting thumbnail size, medium or complete size.

When images are inserted, they come with a very small size. width=”1″ height=”1″

I could resize the images manually, but then if I want to insert a ‘Featured Image’ that’s not possible.

Featured images are not being resized when they come aside a post Excerpt.

If I disable your plugin everything turns normal. How can I fix this issue?

It seems that User Groups isn′t working. My photos are always shown to every Logged-in User.
Altough I can′t add a User Group. It is possible to create a Group but when i come back to the tab there′s always “You have not added any user groups yet.”

I would like to delete the repeated products created after renaming my variation.

I’m using a recent installation of WordPress, Woocommerce, and your Premium BTPI Plugin.

First I created one category, then I created one unique variation.

At the beggining I uploaded 4 photos via bulk importer.

As I named wrong that variation, I corrected it with the correct name.

Then 4 duplicated products appeared on my store, but with a standardized image.

Then I deleted all the products. Even though woocommerce tells me there are still 4 products published. I deleted the images via WP media.

I deleted the variations. So technically, I deleted everything but there are still appearing those repeated products in my store.

Could you please tell me how can I delete these.

I have premium version of BPTPI and testing the plugin.

Steps to recreate issue: when I choose Event, then choose variation group. The variation group drop down listed all options I have created.

But, when I change Event to another and going to choose variation group. The variation drop down only show 1 option (as see on video at 0:21)

The variation option automatically switch to 7.95

please advise if this a bug?

As part of the creation of products BPTPI uses grouped products

This means that when you view all the photographs on the actual event page (category page) there are tick boxes which appear above each photograph

This ties in with the quick order button that appears. The quick order button does not allow products to be correctly added to the cart. I have through css removed the quick order button but that the tick boxes remain

Now the tick boxes would be fine, if the Quick Order facility actually worked.

As it does not (which is a shame) I would like to remove the tick boxes

I just activated your plugin and tried reloading new photos into previously existing Products I had made prior to activating your plugin. When it’s activated it seems to override the WP thumbnail sizes I set in Dashboard > Settings > Media. I have all my thumbnails set to be square (200×200). However, after activating the plugin and I upload a new image into the Product page, and thus media library, it displays the full image instead of the 200×200 thumbnail. Is this plugin supposed to override the WP thumbnails I set myself?
