I have more than 31k users, and some of them must be spammer, so i tried this plugin, tried to delete some users with no “woocommerce order”. The result is 0 deleted user. i’ll rate 5 stars if this feature work.

Paid for the premium version but the plugin simply wouldn’t delete the WooCommerce Orders and Subscriptions so we decided to ask for a refund. It took them 6 days to reply to our original refund request. We haven’t heard from them in two weeks and still don’t have a refund. They’ve ignored our last three follow-up emails. Smells like more of a scam than anything else.

I was deleting users who didn’t have anything in first_name and who didn’t have Orders posts. I thought it was working. Well, I was wrong. It deleted a ton of users who had orders and first names input. How can I restore these from a copy of the database?

This plugin helped me a lot in deleting 20k customers from a database with almost 60k customers. The plugin offers a lot of features, and thats why it is sometimes a bit tricky or buggy.. But it did the work.
I needed to delete customers that were older than 500 days and it did that, but what I didn recognize in the first try was, that after I tried to interrupt the deletion process by simply reloading the backend page, it silently kept going deleting those customers. Not a bad thing in my case, because I tested it on a dev site, but I had to shut down and restart my server localy, to securely interrupt and stop the batch process. So thats why you should use this plugin with caution! Just like the developer says ??
But in the end I tried also the other plugin WP Bulk Delete and that plugin didnt come with the ability to silently keep on deleting the customers. So, I switched back to this plugin “Bulk Delete” and let it do the job. Thank you!
And dont forgett to deactivate AND delete the Plugin, after you managed your users/posts/whatever, because it is a TOOL, NOT a plugin like any other. Keep your site secure by deleting Tools that are only for ONE TIME USE ??

Deleted 8000+ custom posts just fine. On my Windows 10 sandbox, seemed to delete about 100 per second. The free version supports deleting CPT posts. Very nice – thank you.

I wish I saw the review by FADmark before I used this. It wiped out almost all of my users. I’m now down to 28 (when I started with 2800). I told it to not delete anyone who had Orders… it didn’t care. I’d give it a zero if I could.

Does the job, everything I wanted I found in it
Mainly I was interested in deleting posts older than number of days, and scheduling a task for it, all the customization I wanted I have found, and there’s tons for great addons as well.

Very good plugin.

it’s not what it’s cracked up to be unless you buy the pro. I hate that.. you try to use a function and then it turns out it’s ‘only available in pro version’ – so they’ve screwed you around and wasted your time.
I’ll delete it and look elsewhere.

I set it to delete all the thousands of posts on the site that I no longer need… and it deleted only 4 posts!!
Only 4 posts? I can do this faster manually.

We got spam-bombed in BuddyPress forums to the tune of 6000+ topics over the course of two days. I deleted the users who were responsible, but in spite of using the “delete all content” option, the content remained (perhaps that option doesn’t recognize BP topics as “content”?). So how to delete all those topics, especially now that they aren’t even associated with a user?? I didn’t want to do 30 at a time on the admin pages…yikes! This plugin rescued me! I was able to tell it to delete all “topics” (a custom post type) that were created after a certain date (and I must say I was fortunate that we did not have any posts AFTER the date of the attack).
I should also note that even though I thought the plugin was hung from trying to process too many posts, each time I reloaded the page I noticed that the “count” of posts for that posttype had decreased a bit more. So I just let it keep going, and it eventually completed in the background. I’m sure this is a server timeout setting (long on my site) but it might help someone to know that.
