This plugin has been such a wonderful timesaver!
We needed to import posts from an old site into an Archive on a new site, and the import function was with limitations.

Advanced Bulk Actions saved the day:
The featured image did not come across in the migration, but with Advanced Bulk Actions we could set a featured image for all old posts, great to set the Archived posts aside from the newer ones.
Being able to change the status for all old posts to Archived in one hit was also great.

Missing possibility?
We missed being able to change the author. For instance, the post-author setting did not migrate well, probably because the new site contained other users than the old site. We wanted to change the authors of all archived posts to the editor-in-chief, so people would be able to contact the right person for more information. This option was not yet there.

Are there any plans at the moment to make this possible in the future?

It could be very nice to have a “remove taxonomy terms” from the selected posts.

This should run before adding the selected terms so you can choose the new terms.

Enable bulk action for all media folders. I am creating a site and moving .jpg and other files into WP Media manager. I want to click on 12-15 photos and assign them all to a particular folder.

I received a parse error saying

wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/bulk-actions/library/BulkAction/Post/ChangePostVisibility.php on line 26.

Downloaded the php and it seems alright. Not sure what went wrong.

As the 1.1.1 version suggested posting a feature request, here’s mine:
Could you add a bulk edit feature?
For example, I check 5 posts, choose the “bulk edit” option, and each post’s editor is opened in a new tab.

I could get so much use from the ability to bulk assign categories to posts and media files.
