I was using BP sidebars in a development version of the site. It was working as expected, but our needs changed and it was deleted. I had to sort out a change that resulted in BP Sidebars being reintroduced. In the admin area I am only using it for 2 areas (Groups and Members). No problems with those, but I am seeing one the PRIOR sidebars show on a page that was associated with BP sidebars prior. I cannot find a place to clear the data or setting.
Where is the data stored for BP sidebars. Also, I am using the plugin Content Aware Sidebars for non-buddypress pages. I was having problems with BP Sidebars working properly outside of BP pages, specifically on pages that are based on a custom post type (called Books in this case).
Thanks,
David
]]>I’d just like to give you kudos for a great plugin. We’re putting it to very good use over at jmonkeyengine.org. It seems to work just fine on BuddyPress 1.5.
Thanks a lot! I sincerely hope you will keep an eye on it and patch if up should a future BP update break it.
]]>I’d love to add a sidebar to the user profile pages, how does one do that using BP Sidebar?
]]>Hey there – I’m running BP 1.2.6 with version 1.0 of your plugin and can’t seem to get it working. I created a new page labeled “help,” then added “help” in the BP Sidebar Settings and plugged in the meta widget into my “help” sidebar. After I saved everything and refreshed, the custom help sidebar didn’t display on the help page =(
