Hello,
I am using WP v.4.9.6 and the Bucket List plugin works great in my stand alone WP site, but once I install the plugin in my WP Multisite network, the plugin does not load fully, I receive the spinning wheel of death. Would you know what code I need to update to make this plugin work in a WP multisite network?
I really enjoy the plugin and hope to have the plugin work in my the multisite environment.
Thank you.
When published the look of my bucketlist looks significantly different from the live demo and a couple of other blogs that have the same plugin. There doesn’t seem like there is an option to change appearances in any other way.
Is it suppose to look like this?: https://thecookingwayfarer.com/bucketlist/
Hi there,
First of all, thankbs for sharing such a simple and nice extension. It seems to do everything I wanted to have on our blog ??
Yet, I encoutered an issue after the installation. The menu, in the admin pannel, doesn’t appear. Thus, I’m not able to create my bucket list ??
Here’s a capture showing the problem (I had to merged 2 captures, since my screen is not big on my laptop) :

Do you have any clue ? Is it just a 4.2.4 known bug ? Any idea on how I could fix it ?
Thanks a lot again !
On my Dutch website, I use “j F Y” as dateformat for Bucket List and I want the months to be shown in Dutch. But regardless of my nl_NL.po-file (which works fine for translation of my website and other plugins), in Bucket List the months are still shown in English language. How can I change the language of the date format? I’ve searched through the plugin files, but I can’t seem to find it. Thanks for your help.
I am working on the latest version of wordpress so I don’t know if it’s a compatibility issue or what.
https://longertravel.com/destinations/ Here is a link to the page in question. The title is populating but not the actual widget.
Let me know what additional information you are needing.
Thanks,
Any chance you intend to make this work with multi-author sites? We have several thousand authors and this would be an awesome way for them to share their goals.
Hi just installed the plug-in Bucket List. But after installation I tried to add a category + goal.
Nothing works at all in the admin. There is java clock running that means i have to wait but its only running.

So I can not add categories and goals at all.
Can you give me some help.

Hi there!
Is there a way to change the date format to reflect Year-Month-Day (2015-01-09)?
Please let me know if there is something in the code I can edit myself to achieve this result. I would really appreciate it!
P.S. I absolutely love this plugin, great work!
After updating WordPress to 4.1, it’s no longer possible to link a goal to a post. A layer is displayed over the selection function, so it is impossible to select a post – or do something else.
I noticed this behavior on my website, which was already updated to 4.1. Then I took a look on the ‘home’ version of my website, which was still running at 4.0. Before updating, adding a goal to a post worked fine, but I’ve just updated it to 4.1 and now it doesn’t work anymore.
Same behavior in Firefox, Chrome and IE.
Hello,
I just download your plug in and complete my bucket list. I liked the idea and the presentation on Corinne’s blog, that’s why I downloaded it. But, the presentation on my blog isn’t nice at all. It’s not clear. How can I do to change that ?
That’s the link to the page I created.
Can you help me to fix it please ? If it is not possible, i will do it one manually.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Laurence
For the shortcode (and I would assume for the widget) it would be nice to specify the sort order. Such as date added, date completed, subject…

I am trying to link a bucket list item to a custom taxonomy in my wordpress environment. Apparently, though, that is not possible. It only finds “posts” and “pages.” I was trying to figure out how to add other taxonomies on the backend, but I am not having any luck. Can you clue me in?
As a feature request, it would be pretty nifty if there were a checklist of taxonomies in a given WP install that would allow a user to filter the search based on those.
Thanks!
Joe
Hello, I downloaded your bucket list plugin, and it was great for a while, but suddenly it no longer responded. I can’t move, delete, or edit any items on my WordPress dashboard.
I have tried restarting the browser, emptying my cache, and using a different browser altogether.
I have also tried disabling all other plugins.
Do you know what I can do to solve this problem?
I was wondering if this plugin allows other users to create and share their list without having to sign-in or verify.
Hi,
I have a group of friends who are completing a bucket-list with me.
I have setup 4 individual bucket-lists using this plugin and 4 user accounts but I can’t see how they can mark an item as complete without me giving them admin access to edit the entire site.
I’m new to WordPress so I guess I’ve missed something?
Thanks
I have recently started using Bucket-List plugin. Currently I have added just 2 categories and 3 items in each category.
When I am loading the page for list of items today, I see that the data is not getting loaded at all even though I have tried refreshing it multiple times.
I then installed a local wordpress installation along with a local database myself on my system and then installed the Bucket-List plugin. I see that now the data gets loaded but the page continues to be in loading mode. And the window says that it is transferring data from twitter.com. I am not sure if it is a good idea to have these social plugins on the bucket-list page. Is there someway I can remove the same.
Is there a way to include just one of your bucket list categories in a post or page, instead of your whole list?
Thanks for a nice plugin. It’s very useful.
I’d like to propose the ability to edit the “achieved” date and maybe date format.
This would be a wonderful addition as a Buddypress integration.
Members could have their own Bucket List tab in their profile and I might be able to hook it into BadgeOS to award badges as an added incentive to complete bucket list items.
Thoughts?
Thanks for your great plugin. I propose you somes improvements like :
– mass add category (add multiple input field)
– mass add goal (add multiple input field)
– on front end, display date for unchecked goal like for checked goal
Hi!
Is there any other ways than link to a post to mark goals as completed? Any recommended work-a-rounds?
Kind regards,
Robert
