Basic broadcasting of posts. I have it working in WP 3.9.1 Multisite (own install). Note that you have to have rights to all the child sites you are posting to. Also, you can only post as yourself.

Installed plugin, functionality is there in the UI, but it doesn’t actually publish to any other site.
