Hi!
Brave looks SO GOOD! We are trying to add a shortcode to a custom value in a hidden field (the shortcode generates a random number that we need).
However, the shortcode is not “executed” inside the hidden field and the shortcode is saved in the submission (example: [random_number_shortcode])
Is there any way we can use shortcodes inside fields or generate a random number inside fields?
Thanks a lot!

Hi, I’m using brave to make my popout login / register form. However when a new user registers, the welcome email doesnt get sent. Is there a way to send Woocomerce welcome email as the normal login form does?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to request an accessibility improvement for the Brave Plugin, specifically regarding the
element used to close the lightbox. Currently, this element relies solely on the onclick event, making it inaccessible to users who navigate using the keyboard.
Current Code:

Issue:
The
element needs to be accessible to all users, including those who use keyboard navigation. Currently, it does not support keyboard interactions, which are essential for accessibility compliance.
Proposed Solution:
Please modify the div element to include the following attributes and event handlers:
Add role="button" to indicate that it is a button.
Add tabindex="0" to make it focusable.
Add onkeypress event handler to handle keyboard events such as Enter and Space.
Modified Code:

These changes will ensure that the close functionality is accessible to all users, including those who rely on keyboard navigation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Improving the accessibility of the plugin will significantly enhance its usability for a broader audience.
Best regards,
Roman Trushanov
I’ve just deleted 1.6 gb of files from Chrome Library Cashe files – on my Mac.
I am curious which cashe or other files can be deleted from the Brave browser folder located in the library – Application support to free up space on the HD.
Any ideas welcome.
Hi,
I’m planning to upgrade to the Pro version, but am unsure which pack I need.
– Are there any restrictions in terms of the number of pageviews the pop-ups can appear on?
– We will test the pop-ups on a subdomain before going live, i.e. we will need to add the pop-ups to dev.domain.com and live domain.com. Are these classed as two separate websites?
Thanks in advance,
S
Hello,
I’m interested in getting your pro version but I realized that Sender.net is not part of your integration listings. I want to know how soon you plan to integrate with it, please.
Thank you.

Hello,
popup work well but doesn’t appear on iPhone.
Can you help me?
Hello,
I’m trying to create a popup modal by clicking but it doesn’t show the popup.
1. Now I’m using Brizy with OceanWP theme.
2. I set the popup: Whole Site, On Click.
3. I added the link URL “brave_open_popup_2055” to the image element here.
The address changes, but no popup shows. Please advise.
When I preview the popup, it looks great. When I try it from a browser, the popup is supposed to trigger on clicking the ‘Take Me To The Pub’ button. It does in fact trigger it. I see it briefly and then it’s just a white screen. I have the settings set to wait for a trigger element (one of two buttons inside the popup) is clicked. I have cleared the cache multiple times, tried it in incognito mode, and force refreshed the site and nothing works.
I’ve created a pop-up that activates upon button click. The pop-up contains an image and a notification for users, along with a button with a referral link. The issue arises when clicking the button to activate the pop-up; it triggers both the pop-up and the login window for the Cpanel protection on the wp-admin folder. This identical problem occurs on two different websites across mobile and desktop devices. This level of protection should only appear when logging into the WordPress administrative section. Currently, I’ve disabled the protection for wp-admin at the Cpanel level to be able to use the pop-up.
Do you know what the problem is and how to solve it?
Please, I need assistance because I require Cpanel protection for the wp-admin folder, but I can’t activate it if I want to use the plugin.
The screenshot of the issue are available at the following links.
I kindly ask for your assistance, and have a pleasant day.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been experiencing an issue where a two-step popup is triggered twice on our website, despite various attempts to resolve it. This issue does not occur with a single-step popup, which displays correctly. The behavior varies slightly between devices; it triggers only once on desktop but continues to display twice on mobile, regardless of the settings configured.
Here’s a video demonstrating the issue: https://www.loom.com/share/4aae251a32c740c2b7cc7d17e7236f22
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I created a form in brave popup. Unfortunately, after completing it, I do not receive any e-mail with information about the completion and information contained in the form. They don’t receive any errors when sending. I have other plugins for sending emails on the website – e.g. Forminator, and there are no problems there
screens below:
This plugin is amazing. It is a popup builder but wonder if it support inline form using shortcode or Block?
As stated, any template selected results in a XHR POST call with 403 response. The screen is then stuck on the “Creating popup” state, since clearly it is not expecting a 403 response.
Can you please share what settings/parameters have to be changed in order for your plugin to function properly?
NB: There is a post about this in your premium-only support forum. Apparently, but since you block all information on that forum from displaying, including how to resolve the issue potentially, I can’t use that as a source of information. Although this occurs in the free part of your plugin, maybe its fix should be accessible freely? Food for thoughts.
I have multiple buttons triggering different popups on the home page in the header of this page: https://newenglandsoupfactory.com
It works fine on desktop but not on mobile, no matter which button you click it opens the same popup. Could you please advise how to troubleshoot this issue?
Thank you.
Popups display properly when logged in to the admin panel. Whenever I log out however, they stop appearing, and in the console we get an error:

When opening the same page while logged in as admin, brave_init_popup seems to load correctly in the source code and everything works fine.
How do I translate the plugin into another language? For example, in Russian.
I tried to translate the plugin via Loco Translate (added loco.XML from the plugin folder, I translated backend.pot and bravepop.pot into Russian), but the plugin still remains in English. I tried to translate backend.pot and bravepop.pot, but the language is English anyway. I even deleted backend.pot and bravepop.pot, and the plugin continued to work.
On www.remarpro.com I have made a full translation into Russian. When will it appear in the plugin?
Hello, for the pop-up window to work I had to assign a class to the button and everything was perfect, now I require that from my menu I have a link to open the pop-up window and it doesn’t work when placing #xxx, what should I do?
Hello there,
I’m loving the plugin so far! So a big thank you to the team behind it.
Is it possible to run 3 different pop-ups that target the same pages though? In our case it’s important to test which message gets a better click-through rate.
P.s. I’m currently testing 2 pop-ups on our “about-us” page and it only shows me one of the pop-ups. Reloading the page doesn’t change the pop-up I’m being shown.
Thanks.

We are looking at using your plugin. Looks great!
One question though, I can’t seem to find a way to make the popup automatically close after a form submission. Not redirect to a new page, but just close, and stay on the same page. Is is possible?
I saw this, https://getbrave.io/documentation/dynamically-opening-and-closing-popups/
But I’m not sure if that’s the right direction, or how to implement it. Maybe there’s an easier way?
Thanks!
