Hello, I changed some text in the admin panel using branda’s Text Replacement feature, but I noticed a serious problem. I use a mu-plugin and the text in the link of the HTML tag in the plugin’s codes is also changed.
For example, I changed the word “wordpress” to “Brand” with Text Replacement. There is a link line in mu-plugin like this;
<img src="https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/example-wordpress-blog.png" />Although this line looks like this in the file, it looks like this on the website and the image does not work. (I noticed it while examining the source codes with f12)

]]>Hello, when I apply branda’s SMTP settings, it is applied to the entire network including the main site. So is there a way to set this configuration only for subsites? So is it possible to use a different SMTP configuration for the main site?
Also, SMTP mails sent to other email addresses from subsites are sent from [email protected] and all email replies come to [email protected] mail address. It would be great to apply the subsites’ admin email address for the reply address. This is a really big problem. Because only subsite admins should see the email replies.

]]>Hello, I implemented an email template with tarpaulin. This email template includes the logo and branding of the main site. When a subsite user sends an email to their customer/user, the parent site’s email template is used and the parent site’s branding appears. This causes some confusion.
Can I disable the email template for subsites? Any options or suggestions for this?
]]>Hello, I have blocked and hidden access to some options from the branda menu editing page. However, for example, when I block woocommerce from the branda menu options, “..wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status” and while many other woocommerce pages are blocked, “wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status” I noticed that access to the ” page is still active.
“&tab=status” parameters to blocked links and pages still work. How do I prevent this?
]]>Hello, I created an email template style with tarpaulin for the whole network. But for example, subsites have woocommerce installed and for example, when the user registers on a subsite, they receive emails.
In this e-mail, the Woocommerce e-mail template also appears in the e-mail template created with tarpaulin. That is, the two templates appear in the same email (Woocommerce email template within the Branda email template)
How do I solve this problem?

WordPress’ default text when registering with an existing email says “This email is already registered. Please choose another one.”. I’ve used Branda’s text replacement feature to change it to “This email is already registered. Please login here.” and I hyperlinked the “Please login here” to the login page, but Branda removes the hyperlink, keeping it plain text only.

I use Branda to add a feed of documents to my Dashboard. I have 18 documents listed in the feed and I have set WordPress to show up 30 in the Reading Settings.
When I view the contents of the feed, I can see all of the entries.
I have created a Branda Dashboard feed widget and set it to show 20 items.
But it never shows more than 10 items on the dashboard.
Can someone confirm that the Count option in the Branda feed actually works? It doesn’t seem to.

Recently the backend of the site started running very very slow, took 60secs to load, some times it timed out.
Run a dedicated server with 16cpu and 16gb of ram, 512 memory. When i deactivate branda the backend speed returns.
Hope you can fix this or point me in the right direction as i have found Brands to be great, but currently with the slowness it causes in the backend it is unworkable so I have had to deactivate it.

]]>This is easily reproducible, but here is a picture of what is happening across all of our sites. I thought it was a temporary bug but it hasn’t been fixed in 8+ months of using this plugin on a few websites so I figured I should report it.
If you upload a background image for the login page, (Dashboard > Customize Login Screen > Logo & Background Image > Background Image > Upload a background image and Save Changes.
Everything works, but the media manager is HAMMERED with the image repeatedly being created every single day at random times. I have seen as many as 100 images before I had a chance to clear them out.
Obviously this is causing sites to balloon in size and wasting space and seems like it is something that should be fixable and not intended?
We have chosen not to use background images because the plugin can’t seem to handle them. Will this be fixed?
Edit: Also to add detail, it is different images, different sizes, and across different sites here this same behavior occurs.

When the toolbar visibility is activated (in the Admin area > admin bar > toolbar visibility section), the Elementor editor does not function correctly, as evidenced by the screenshots (Elementor appears behind the header on the frontend):

My background image is 1200 x 1200. On Desktop all is good but on mobile the image does not extend down the the links below the form. I have tried every different setting I can find. I can change the colour of the background below the form, but the image just doesn’t extend.

Hi there, I’ve managed to hide and add elements I need in the admin dashboard for the user role: Trader. BUT, I can’t for the life of me work out how to hide the top bar ‘View Products’ item when you select ‘Products’ in the admin menu below. I don’t want to hide the Site menu you see, so simply hiding the bar isn’t an option. See screengrab:

]]>Customize Login Screen is working well except I can’t change the top input label from “Email Address” to “Username or Email Address”.
Before I started customizing, the default wp-login.php with wordpress logo had the label “Email Address” and that is what is displaying no matter what I try to change it to in Branda (which so far has been intuitive and easy to use.)
It seems like there is a setting in WordPress somewhere that is a higher authority than Branda for this label. The Branda templates all show “Username or Email Address” and that is the default label in the dashboard but it’s not showing up on the front end.
Maybe there is simply a checkbox for this in the wordpress settings or a template I can change that is hard coded. Also, a username works for logging in just fine even though the label says Email Address.

I’m using the SMTP setting with the ‘From Headers’ section set up with my admin email address and the ‘From name replacement’ disabled.
It’s my understanding this would make my admin email address the default email, but still allow other plugins to set an alternative email address when sending plugin specific emails.
Unfortunately emails from the Newsletter Plugin are setup to be sent from ‘[email protected]’, but are being sent from my default admin email address instead.
Have I set it up incorrectly, or is this a known issue?
It worked fine when I was using a seperate SMTP plugin.

]]>Sudenly Branda begin to slow down my website. I mean about 2 minutes to load the page. Even in the backend. As soon as I deactivate Branda, everything goes back to normal. All plugins, themes and wordpress core are updated to the last version.
The last uptaded I made were Updraft Backups and Google Site Kit plugins.

]]>What the hell is with plugins doing this!? Is there a workaround from having to install yet another plugin just to let this app work with normal WordPress auto-updates? This is insane and there should be a way to report these plugins that go against WordPress standards. Just use the built-in updater instead of bait-and-switching and now we have to go install plugins on thousands of client sites so you can advertise more ads to them with this stupid bloatware plugin.
EDIT: Not to mention security concerns. This isn’t 1999 anymore, we don’t install plugins onto one site for “management” that allows us to access all the other sites so that when one gets hacked now every one has a backdoor into them so they get hacked as well. WHO MADE THIS DECISION?
