Is there any plan to include a custom donation amount option?

I entered my braintree account information correctly.
I can’t find any other info on how to implement this plugin.
The plugin website just says “see plugin description.”
The plugin description links back to the plugin website.
Am I missing something here?
Is this actually a dead plugin?
I’d love to use it, but can’t find anything on how to go beyond “setup” to actual implementation.
