Despite some debug errors it works smoothly (make sure to turn off debug mode). The plugin provides a great way to add sub groups to a parent group. I use it with BuddyPress 1.7.2

I activated and as soon i did it i started seeing errors. I tried on a new site without other plugins.
Debug bar should be used to debug the plugin. I used a while ago and was working so im sure is just a release problem
