Hello, Slava! Thanks so very much for making this plug-in available. If I can get it working, it’s going to solve some major headaches.
I chose it because I want to suppress the display of certain widgets that are currently set to appear Sitewide. For instance, I do not want the BuddyPress login widget to appear in the sidebar on the login page. It’s confusing when it shows up twice.
I went into your plugins settings, and typed in the post id number for the login page, followed by a comma, and the post id for the logout page, no space between them.
However, the widget continues to appear in the sidebar of these pages anyway. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, and would be grateful for any advice you might be able to offer to help me troubleshoot this.
Thanks so very much for your wonderful plugins, and for your time.
Susan.
]]>Hi Slava,
Based on WP 3.9.1 and BP 2.0.1 the option “Automatically add paragraphs” for a Text widget is always deactivated with version 1.0 of this plugin.
Trying out this plugin. All is well except when you assign a widget to a Group ID, the widget is visible before they actually are a member of the group.
I wanted to use this plugin to show sensitive information within private groups, but it shows the information on the screen where a user can request membership to the group. I need to to only show the widget once they are a member of the group.
Any chance this could work like that?
Thanks!
