Have installed the free version of your Check-in plugin for BuddyBoss and it installed fine and created the API key etc but when I go to use it in the front end I am getting a Timeout expired error after about 2-3 secs.

Is it possible to restrict check ins to only places/locations we have pre-defined?

Please advice

]]>Hi folks
Testing out a Youzify site (all plugins latest including Buddypress and Youzify) and it was working fine. Turned it off a few days ago (prior to latest update) and after the update to this plugin reenabled. For some reason it is now checking in if I update status in the activity stream (text) – not a issue if uploading media in the activity stream.
Any pointers as to how this could be possible?
]]>hi there,
it seems that the checkins icon does not appear when I use the plugin buddypress activity plus – can you pls. check this and provide a solution for this bug.
thank you
It said it needs buddypress to activate the plugin, but my buddypress is activated, and works with other more than 10 buddypress plugins…
ok, cuz, i kinda like to try this checkin things, then i activate all plugin on main site instead of network activation, ok, now this plugin finally activated, but….
with all the settings, google api , and whatever else, all prepared… i was so looking forward to see your magic…. booooo. nothing. nothing happened… wow. wasting of times. and my high expectations for your works… sighhhhhh. guess I have to just skip all the interesting plugins you have offer here…
]]>Obliviously you do not always want all members to see where you are, a suggestion for making this plugin more usable, is to restrict check in information only to friend Connections.

]]>Hi there, if I do not type in my location, but just follow the suggestion to “Add as my location” the location is not registered, is it intended to work this way?
Users will expect to just post the update, as there location is on the map, not first defining their location by typing in an address or place of interest?
Another issue, I found using Safari on an iPad mini, nothing happens when pressing the locator button? iPhone, and iPad, yes, but not the mini.
Regards
Carsten
Hi there,
I was running some tests this morning and I’m not able to get this to work. I installed a fresh Google Places API, and it verified.
However autocomplete is no longer working and when I set it for places, the user interface just comes up with Please Wait and gets no further.

Hi, is there a way to get this plugin working for wordpress multisite with buddypress network activated?
]]>Error: The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This API project is not authorized to use this API.
Hi I use the twenty seventeen Theme. I enable from API Library
– Google Places API Web Service
– Google Maps Geolocation API
I insert my api key on the plugin setting. But the plugin doesn’t work correctly, I can’t see the maps.
Can you help me to figure out this problem?
Thank you.
Monilyn
]]>I have tried all buddypress plugins designed by this designers on my buddypress wordpress website… every activation asked me to activate my “buddypress”…. ? seriously, I AM RUNNING THE BUDDYPRESS on my website, with all other many buddypress plugins that work perfectly… only yours asked me to activate “Buddypress”… ? weird…
must be something wrong…
]]>The user does not see the Chekin tab in the menu. Is it supposed to appear automatically or do I need to do it manually somehow? The photo does not appear on the map .. And when choosing a location, it appears quite small … Maybe I have some problems with the plugin? On the video you have so beautifully everything is installed and it’s so easy to make a check .. I also want so much ((
]]>Hi
I’ve installed and entered the API key, ticked all the boxes and set the distance to 10km. When I click the icon nothing happens. At bottom it says “javascript:void(0);”
Any help is appreciated.

]]>BuddyPress Check-in plugin have been installed in my website.I am now sharing my location by clicking the icon, its still showing “please wait ……” . Nothing happen anymore, although i have submitted Google Map API key and, GPS and internet access have been turned on my phone.
Is there anything i need to do?
Great plugin, just what I was looking for. Suggestion on future enhancement. Give the option for the user to type in location (Similar to facebook) to allow them the find by search, in case they are no longer at that location specifically.
Question on alignment. Is there an easy way to align the location to the activity dialog? currently it is showing above the text.
