The above error repeats about 22 times, each time I load a page.

In the video you activate the filters in the functions.php of the twentyeleven theme. I use the Origamiez theme (not standard) with a child theme (for custom css). There are no Bowe Codes filters in the functions.php of the Origamiez theme. How can I get access to all your available filters and make them work?

I am using a shortcode to display a list of all groups:

this is producing the following code:

etcI would like to remove the <h4> and <div class=”group-infos”> from these links.
Is this possible? Is there a template I can edit to do this?

When I use the widget in my sidebar, I get this error on the profile page:

When I remove the Bowe Codes widget from the sidebar the warning message disappears. I applied all the new changes from the trunk you mentioned earlier, but none of them seem to have helped.

]]>Hi imath, ok the problem i am continually getting is with the avatars, let me explain, i am on latest wordress and buddypress but this has been the case for previous versions too so i just had display avatars set to NO until now as i want to start using them.
the problem is that when you get a message for example off a user when using notifications that it will show his avatar and if that same user then also mentions you or asks for friendship etc the problems start because his avatar has already shown once the second time a notification comes that involves that user it displays mystery man picture instead of avatar, there seems to be alot of problems in the avatar displaying mystery man instead of avatar at random too, also what happens when the notifications group together? say if you have 1 message it will say you have a new message off the user but if you then get another message they group together and say you have 2 new messages so the avatar again shows mystery man because they are grouped, can you maybee check these issues out please?

I have great hopes for Bowe Codes. You have created 12 shortcodes to allow the display of many user and group activities and information. That’s wonderful.
BuddyPress allows me to display user fields differentially to: 1. Non-logged in visitors; 2. Logged in members; and, 3. Admin. For me this is essential.
However, I’m unable to find shortcodes for displaying members filtered by custom fields and custom field values, which is also essential. (Both of these are types of functionality are basic in Drupal.)
UPME (User Profiles Made Easy) supports filtering by custom fields, but fails to provide control of display options. Below is an example of UPME’s filtering shortcode capability.
[upme group=all group_meta=officeholder group_meta_value=’Regent’]
I think it would add a great deal of value to your plug-in if you provided support for filtering based upon custom fields and custom field values.

]]>Hey iMath, great plugin, lots of creative uses and I like the updates you put out for 2.0. Keep up the great work.
I’m not sure if you can do this currently and I’m just missing something or perhaps it’s just a few simple lines of code you can write for me to allow this extra feature. I think others would likely want to do this and I’m sure it would make a great future addition.
I’m trying find a way to use all of your various shortcodes via another child site on the network.
So for example, our BuddyPress installation is setup on a child site on a sub domain community.domain.com (not our root site of https://www.domain.com). I’m trying to get these shortcodes to load various bits of content from either the parent site (on our Multisite Network) or any other child site (other than the main community site which is where BuddyPress resides.
Most of the shortcodes seem to work fine on a page/post from the site BuddyPress lives on. But nothing works on any other site, it just outputs the shortcode itself to the page.

I was hoping there might be a way to declare something in my functions.php file that would modify the current shortcode so that I could append another variable such as “siteID=x” that would then go to that site and lookup the necessary BuddyPress info.
Example:
[bc_activity type=”activity_comment” siteid=”3″]
Perhaps I would also have to decare the group in which case it might look like this:
[bc_activity type=”activity_comment” siteid=”3″ slug=”teaching-for-transformation”]
Is this something that is possible or could it be added?
