I have a shortcode I use to get the form at the bottom of the attached page a contact form 7. But I also send this in an RSS e-mail, which sends out the [shortcode], so I am trying to clean it up.

I have excluded this category in the PHP code, but am wondering if I can add another line calling for a specific shortcode for this category.

The code is working correctly and showing my text at the bottom of every post but is also showing on the main blog page. How do I correct this?

I am trying to use the plugin to add a signature to the bottom of each post.

I have completed the following steps, but nothing is showing up on my posts. Maybe I am missing something.

1. Download plugin
2. Go to Plugin editor and select ‘Bottom of every post’ page
3. Editing bottom-of-every-post/bottom_of_every_post.txt (inactive)
4. Enter image url for signature: <p>https://mycancerchic.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Blog-Signature-2.21.16-png.png</p&gt;
5. Return to plugin list & activate plugin
6. When I return to the Editor for ‘bottom-of-every-post/bottom_of_every_post.txt’ it is still showing as (inactive). How do I switch it to active?

I can’t seem to edit the message although I have changed the text in editor. It is still showing the default message (Thank you for installing Bottom of Every Post..).
I have also deactivated it, hoping to remove it altogether from my past posts, and the default message is still showing up on my posts.

Been using the plugin for a few years. LOVE IT! I’m trying to edit the text, and I no longer see a “settings” or “edit” button on the plugin page. Just shows your name, and then “View Details.” Any reason for this?

I am trying to add a button to the bottom of every post that triggers an email opt-in box. The code is here:

I am trying to figure out how to correct Bottom of the Post from appearing two times at the bottom of some of my posts.

I currently use Insert Pages at the bottom of some of my posts BUT sometimes Bottom of the Post appears two times on those and other times it appears correctly and only one time.

Both of these posts include the exact same link to Insert a page yet ONE has Bottom of the Post appearing two times.

Hi. I have created a MailChimp signup form which looks fine on any WordPress page. But when I add the code to the plugin, it doesn’t look right on the page. Some styling doesn’t get applied (e.g. background color). Not sure what’s causing this, any advice? Thanks.

I use BOEP in one website and it works just fine.
I have just installed on another website and deleted all the content in the .txt file, because I don’t want o use it yet, and now I got an error message on my posts like this:

The javascript I have added to display a video widget is showing said widget after the “more” link in all of the blog post excerpts on category pages. I don’t want to hide the plugin from these pages, which is the only resolution I can find from support tickets already out there.

I want the plugin to display on every post on the site, but I don’t want it to display in post excerpts where the “more” link is used because then it is displaying four or five times on each tag/category page (basically the short post excerpt is two or three paragraphs long, then the “Read More” link and then the video is displaying – this looks really unattractive as you can see the video four or five times in a row).
