I have been opening tickets for months on Bosta website and opened a ticket here, they never respond.
Today they replied “Can you please refer back to Woocommerce support regarding your mentioned concern?” the plugin contains many errors and is not compatible with PHP 8 and 8.1
I’m losing money because of errors in their plugin because the shipping address never gets right causing orders to be sent to the wrong address.
The plugin is not compatible with WPML and Arabic checkout page does not display Arabic cities and areas
the dropdown is missy and does not get the right areas for the cities/governorates
the reason i work with them in the first place is this plugin, i wanted to save time by the integration although they are expensive
in conclusion: do not even partner with Bosta because the overall experience is bad

Made the website extremely slow, the areas and cities are not mapped correctly. Not showed in the checkout page as a shipping option and don’t update the shipping price. Shortly, if you use bosta gateway, it’s better to add the orders manually in Bosta website.

I think the plugin still needs a bit of work in terms of facilitating changing the shipping prices per city, not per location or place. Overall, very satisfied with the amount of work that the Bosta team has put in but just a little bit and the plugin would be perfect. However, I am not using it till that change is done.

When I press “Refresh Status”, the orders which returned to their origin, their Bosta-Status update as “Delivered” not “Returned” I think it is a bug!!

“Bosta City” should be mapped to “WooCommerce State”
Currently “Bosta Area” is mapped to “WooCommerce State” which makes it hard for the end-user to select the right address.
Moreover, there’s no grouping/filtering by Governorate, so the end-user have to select his address from a dropdown of 1000+ entries.
