Hi! My website was working perfectly yesterday. Then, Boostify Header Footer Builder updated to 1.3.7 automatically today and when I tried to go to my website, I got the following error message:
“sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. skip to content. there has been a critical error on this website. learn more about troubleshooting wordpress.”
I logged into my dashboard and even though I could use the WordPress Admin page, this error was at the top of every page. Then, after looking at a few pages trying to troubleshoot, I couldn’t see any of my Admin stuff at all. WordPress ended up automatically sending me an email with a Recovery Mode link. From there, I logged in and the Plugins page showed Boostify Header Footer as throwing an error message. I deactivated it and sure enough, my website worked again.
In the meantime, I reinstalled 1.3.6 and it seems to be working fine.
I’m running WordPress version 6.6.2 with PHP 8.0

]]>I have created a menu using Boostify Header Footer Builder in Elementor. In the header I have added added the element ‘Cart Icon’ for my WooCommerce store.
When I preview my pages this icon doesn’t show up on my home page and other pages, but it does appear when I view a WooCommerce e.g. product pages.
How do I make it appear on my non WooCommerce pages?
]]>Hey guys!
Recently there was an update and now on the product page when clicking “add to cart” the Slidebar no longer appears automatically. So, that “Disable when add to cart” button ended up being useless. I believe it is because the product page when added to the cart ends up reloading?
I recorded a video to make it easier to understand: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/21874046?key=88e13b65655a02e326f5a03236832960

]]>Hello,
I have edited the footer for my website using icons for social media. In edit mode it is smaller and in the original brand colours. However, the published version is different. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
When choosing the option to be sticky on the header, the header with a black background is not displaying the full width of a desktop screen. Please see: https://snipboard.io/7s91Yj.jpg.
Please assist in how I can fix this. Thank you.
]]>Hi there-
I’ve uploaded my header with no problems to my website, however I am unable to get a footer to appear.
I’ve been using the Boostify Header and Footer plugin. For some reason, the footer simply never appears.
Thanks for the help!`
]]>Greetings !
Plugin is excellent in desktop view. But in mobile view it creates space between header and description. When I disable the plugin there is no space between both.
The problem is only with mobile view mode.

]]>Hello,
Im using this plugin with Omix tempalte from Boostify. Everything is working fine, Im just having a difficult time to change the header and footer of the 404.php page.
I saw that in Template Settings of the header/footer you can select in which page type (Display On) I want it to display.
Right now it’s set to Page > All.
I can make it work in the 404.php page, but I have to change the (Display On) to 404 Page, but if I do this it won’t show in all the other pages.
I don’t really want to duplicate the header and footer, 1 for the 404 Page and 1 for the rest.
Is there a way to do it through the code of 404.php ? Like with a shordcode or anything ?
Thank’s in advance.
]]>Hi there, I purchased a theme called Mintie (https://themeforest.net/item/mintie-arts-crafts-wordpress-theme/35010289) from ThemeForest which includes your header and footer plugin. Everything seems to work great except on mobile devices. If I load the site on a mobile phone and don’t actually interact with the site then the header appears to load full screen. It is only when the first interaction with the page happens, be that a finger taps or the user starts to scroll that the header then displays correctly. My concern is that because the header seems to load full screen to start with, it gives the impression that the site hasn’t completed loading and people may navigate away or wait longer than needed before interacting with the site. Is there anything I can do to correct this issue? Any help you can offer would be appreciated
]]>The plugin comes with three cart icons. I would like to be able to put a personalized one or the ones that woocommerce has. Would it be possible?

]]>Hey guys!
I have a problem, on my site, I use Elementor and your plugin.
The problem is – as you can see, the menu ins red. I want it to be black, and red only on hover, but for some reason, ONLY ON HOME PAGE it is red event when not hovering over it. When I scroll down, it becomes white and only the highlighter is red. Idk why this is happening. It happens only on home pages. When THE SAME page is not set as home, it is fixed. Also – do you think, you could implement setting for the underline color only? That would be the best solution, because ideally, I would need the text to be black only and white on scroll.
Sincerly regards,
Timo
When I go to add a sub mega menu, I get redirected to 404 error page. Is there a way to fix it, I already tried saving the permalink settings, but no luck?
]]>Hi,
I’ve been using the Boostify plugin for a while now and think it’s absolutely great! I’ve just started to create a simple website but for some reason I can’t get the footer to show. If I have a footer on its own with no header, the footer shows. I’ve tried themes like twentytwentyone and twentytwenty.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
]]>Hello.
For some reason, the footer suddenly stopped showing on any page of my website, the header is still working fine. I made sure the footer is set to be displayed on all pages but still no luck
]]>Hello! I was wondering if it is possible to change the mobile menu background color. Can’t seem to find that option in elementor. Also, in my website: https://www.leoceros.com
The My Services Page has a dropdown menu. But it isn’t possible for the page itself to be clicked. Clicking it only opens the dropdown menu. Is it possible the dropdown menu opens only by tapping the arrow? and the page opens when the page title itself is clicked?
]]>I’m using the plugin with the astra theme. Both header and footer work fine. but there is a blank space above the footer that I can’t remove. There is also visible space above the header when I set it as transparent.
]]>Hey everyone!
Hope you are well!
So, I made an ecommerce website for my client and used Boostify Header Footer Builder for Elementor to make the cart appearing pretty. I set the Bag and Cart Sidebar for appearance. If I open it in Mozilla firefox, it all looks nice, but in Google Chrome it shows as if it’s under other elements on the page (hero banner, for example, of whatever is on the page). Also, if there’s a message like “your product was added to cart” it shows over the cart.
Will appreciate if anyone can help me resolve the issue. It didn’t do so right away and started behaving like this recently, on mobile in chrome too.
I cleaned cache in browser, on WordPress, tried deactivating plugins and activating them again to see what could be conflicting, noting helped fix it, I don’t know what to do. And it’s for a client, so I need to figure it out ASAP. Thanks!
I’d add screenshots, but I don’t see the option ?? I can’t provide the link either since the site shows “coming soon” now, so hope something can be figured out. If there’s an option to add screenshots, I’ll do so, just let me know where. Thank you!
]]>Can we please get an option to disable Mini Cart styles from Boostify header builder? It creates a bit of a mess out of names of products with variations, which You can see below and overall it would be great to have such an option.
]]>I’m here to report a bug on your plugin “Boostify Header Footer Builder for Elementor”
Bug: it’s not possible to remove an item from the cart menu.
Trying to remove it, it will end up in an infinite loading icon, without ever removing it from the actual cart.
2nd Bug: Subtotal doesn’t include coupon discounts
Hope you can solve this soon

Btw, the plugin is great. The default elementor cart widget doesn’t work for me but this is cool.
I have this plugin installed for search icon I header design.
But when I search for a tag or keyword it doesn’t show any results.
What do I have to do?
Or is it a bug?
